I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! For older skins

This is wasted on younger skins. It is meant for older skins. For 60 70 80 it is amazing. you really notice the lifting. Very expensive though. Only buy on promotions like today. You can spread the cost also over 3 months. Use on neck too. Helps the tightening a little. Wish I could afford the larger size.

Make difference

Wasn't quick decision to invest , but after many research and advise from people who understand beauty I decided to get one. Firstly no any cream/serum etc.will make you beautiful if you are not, but it may help your skin. So if you think I will get expensive bottle , will apply and next day I will be beautiful - you wrong . Don't buy ..Secondly, your skin need to be clean, I mean well deeply professional, no sense to apply very expensive products to blocked pores...So I decided to go for it as a treatment ,anyway we inject face sometimes and it's expensive , so why not to get a bottle for few months? got a bottle , went to very professional deep cleansing and started to use it. My skin is dry usually , but I used soft cream from La mer 3 months and now my skin ready to another step. After serum I still apply soft moisturiser in smaller amount, beauty therapist advised to apply before serum , so skin will eat quicker the serum , I did this way , but though I waste serum ,I may be wrong:/ so started again serum and after moisture.I am 41 and had a few pregnancies, so skin was tired and under eye like baked apple. Not anymore now, really recommend for people who care and not lazy to follow all routine before applying such good product

My favorite serum

I seriously don't understand the negative reviews for this product. I received this as a sample and it quickly became a favorite product. I literally saw the difference within like 10 minutes after applying it. I didn't realize how much my skin needed this until then. I absolutely adore the texture. It's so soft and silky yet moisturizing and not greasy or sticky. Goes on effortlessly. I need a full size bottle La Mer 😫 Patiently waiting for the "Buy Now" button to be available! 😉🙃JS 🤷🏽‍♀️
