Great quality. I stocked up on pasta's from this range when it was recently on sale. I am never disappointed with this brand. This one cooks up nicely and doesn't stick to itself, all nicely separated. The cooking instructions on the pack are spot on. I love the packaging for this product. It is simple but upmarket. Price is normally $2. 70 for the 500g pack. Product of Italy. I will buy this one again as it is a great pasta.

Lives up to it's name! I initially thought that this would just be like ant other dried pasta on the market but I was quickly proven wrong. This definitely lives up to it's 'extra luxury' name. It cooks well following the directions on the packet and doesn't stick together in a big blob even after it has cooled down. Unlike many other dried pastas which have a smooth shiny surface, this has a rough textured surface which actually helps the sauce stick better to the pasta making it a delicious eating experience as each bite was a nice balance of pasta and sauce. It was easy to find on the shelf at the supermarket and while it is a little more expensive than some other brands it is well worth it. I like that the packaging was also made out of a biodegradable paper ... MoreLives up to it's name! Food Miles, oh dear ! I have given this pasta two stars; yes it tastes great --- but it's imported ! We grow wheat here in Australia, we make pasta locally. This product does not fit with Woolies mantra regarding sustainability, supporting local farmers, buy local, reducing food miles/pollution/massive fuel use etc etc. ( I also prefer small pasta shapes (all sorts ); easier to cook, store and eat ) !So, for these reasons, it gets two stars from me; and a decision to continue with my current pasta purchases.

Fantastical Fettuccine. I bought this fettuccine when this brand âLa Molisanaâ was on sale for half price. Like I have mentioned in other reviews for this pasta brand, I have had great experiences so was keen to try another pasta in their range. Italian made pastaThe packaging is blue and white, like most of the other pastas in this range, which I like. Cooked as per instructions (13 minutes in boiling water) and a few minutes more as I like my pasta a bit softer. If you donât stir the pasta enough while itâs cooking you will find some of it stuck to the bottom of the pot. But surprisingly unlike other brands of pasta where I have experienced this, the fettuccine is still easy enough to peel off the bottom of the pot and stays in one piece Nice flavour, nice ... MoreFantastical Fettuccine. Hearty serving, toddler approved Over 2 years best before date We served ours with a zucchini based sauce that I made and combined they made a delicious meal Happy to buy these again the next time they are on sale. âşď¸
Very pleasing pasta!! This was a great pasta! It tasted great, cooked well and didn't stick together. It wasn't too sticky once cooked and had a great texture and flavour. I actually stopped cooking fettuccini due to it always sticking together (I usually bought the WW brand) but now I've found this one I will buy it again. The packaging looks great, it was easy to find on the shelf and for $2. 80 it's a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Definitely a
Best fettuccine. First, the product. This is the first and only fettuccine from the shelves I've found that doesn't stick and clump together in a home cook's medium sized pot. It's also not too starchy, just enough for thick sauces like a meaty ragu or basil pesto to cling onto. Taste is good and feels like a high quality product Next, I really appreciated the biodegradable paper packaging that gives the impression of a rustic and down to earth pasta with no airs. The matt finish and colour tones are appealing. The price is reasonable. I will give the other varieties from this brand a try and if they're as good, I'll be switching my pasta brand.
Great pasta. This was easily found in the pasta section of the store. The range is quite large and seems to have taken the place of another product (rebranding??). This pasta is made in Italy, although i champion Australian made produce whenever i can I do not mind buying products from the countries that excel in its produce (e. g. balsamic from moderna, Spanish olives from Spain, pasta/sauces from Italy, salami from Hungary, Red Leicester cheese from England etcetera) and this pasta stands up, it cooked in 12 minutes and was perfectly al dente it kept its form but was still cooked. and tender and tasty to eat. I served it with a veggie packed bolognese sauce and the pasta was the perfect accompaniment. I would buy this pasta again, we really enjoyed it. Thank you ... MoreGreat pasta. Cooked well but not sure I would buy again. Not sure if it was the way that hubby cooked it or maybe not cooked long enough but it wasn't as good as I was hoping it to be. Pasta took alot longer to cook then normal and we found it still stuck together, particularly at the bottom. The sauce we used seemed to coat it quite well when dished up and the flavour was nice but to me, the texture seemed heavy and I could taste the wheat flavour of it, if that makes any sense. The packaging looked all fancy so I was expecting to be served with a quality product with quality taste. For the price, I am not sure that I would actually purchase this again in the future over a more generic brand of fettuccine but I am glad that I was able to try it out because you just don't know ... MoreCooked well but not sure I would buy again. Good quality pasta. As they say in the movie The Holiday a little Christmas fettuccini and some bubbly is a great way to spend Christmas eve, so who was I to argue when I received my sample earlier in the week. Up until a couple of days before i wasn't sure what I would do with the fettuccini but the day before we had lunch at work and there were heaps of cooked small prawns, so we were all given a container to bring home. I sautÊed some leek and mushroom, added a little white wine, a couple of spoons of Baileys cream that Woollies sells at Christmas, the prawns and fettuccini. I cooked the fettuccini exactly as per the instructions and it was perfect and delicious. Not overcooked and not too al dente. It was easy to find in the supermarket and at $2. 80 for 500g a reasonable price. It was also on special this week for $2. 00. It contains Semolina, gluten and Soy, so not suitable if gluten free. Sodium and sugar levels are also low and the pasta is a product of Italy. I would definitely buy this product again. Thank you Woollies for letting me try this pasta.
One of the best pasta! Ticks all boxes. Iâm so glad I got to try this sample on Bunch! This fettucine is one of the best that is out there. Cooks perfectly al dente every time (13 minutes as per package instructions). It doesnât stick together like other pastas even after cooling down. It is smooth and has a great texture too. The sauce coats it well and the fettucine is a little thick so you get the perfect bite to the pasta when eating it with the sauce. I loved this and this is going to be my go to fettucine every time now! It is a little more expensive than other brands but definitely worth every extra penny!thanks woolies
