I’m really impressed with this cooling sunscreen lotion SPF 60! It provides excellent sun protection while giving a refreshing, cooling sensation on the skin. The formula is lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly, leaving no residue. I’ve noticed it keeps my skin hydrated and protected even during long hours in the sun. Plus, it doesn’t clog pores or cause irritation. This has become my go-to sunscreen, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for effective and comfortable sun protection.

Body sunscreen

I have sensitive, redness prone, normal-to-dry skin with acne rosacea. This Body Sunscreen is very light, not greasy. I would never use it on my face, only body. I've been alternating between this and the SPF 30 version when the weather has been cool, with no issues. However, when I used it during hot weather, I developed a very itchy rash that still hasn't gone away, which is why I've removed one star. Maybe it's the alcohol in the product that caused the issue. It's a great product overall, but it might not be the best for sensitive skin.

CONTENIDO DEL PRODUCTO DIFERENTE

The product I received is different from the one I selected at the time of purchase, and the content is much more liquid than usual. I bought it directly from La Roche-Posay and the content is much different, thicker! I received it sealed but only the flip top lid, not the container and lid, as it should be. I did not return it because the returns agency is too far away. Great Sunscreen No White Residue

The consistency of this sunscreen spreads easily with very little covering large areas. There is no white residue, no heavy scent and no greasy feeling left on the skin. I like the Cooling Lotion with SPF 60 the best and apply the sunscreen every day year round. It is vital to protect your skin with sunscreen every day to prevent premature aging.

Great for oily combination skin

Oh my goodness...I used to used la roche posay's double tourleine spf 30/moisturizer and it worked GREAT on my skin for two years. Then a month after I turned 35 my skin became more oily and I could not figure out WHAT was going on with my face and it went crazy with more oil and breakouts so I looked for new regimens/products to get my face back on track and I did. But for the spf NOTHING WORKED, I first tried LRP oil free matte spf for oily skin but it left a white cast and I'm african american so no no no plus the bottle was too small for the price for me anyway. Then I tried other brands (like 5 of them) and they either broke me out, clogged my pores (even though it stated it was for oily skin and won't clog pores) . My face does not look oily, it just has a NATURAL GLOW and it's spf 60 too?! And it's a 5oz bottle?!!!!! I will be buying this FOREVER as long as LRP keeps making it and please do not change any formulas, leave it alone! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS (BTW I live in the heat, Florida, and this spf is AWESOME)

Great sunblock!

I've used La Roche-Posay melt in milk sunscreen and liked that, but this is even nicer. I tend to sweat when I work out and most sunblocks end up running down my arms in white rivulets. This one feels so light going on and seems to breathe with my skin so it never feels like my skin's being suffocated.I did worry that it seemed almost too light, but since I haven't burned, it must be working. I'll definitely keep using this one!

Nectar of the Gods. Absolute must have

As a New Englander who gets very little direct sunlight most of the year, I cannot stop raving about this product! I use it daily at home, but it is my absolute MUST HAVE when on vacation - especially on Caribbean vacations. Using other products I inevitably find myself with a burn even if remembering to re-apply religiously, but with LaRoche Posay's Cooling Water sunscreen I have never experienced even a little pinkness. This product does what it says and protects! It also goes on skin like an absolute dream, smells light and fresh without any synthetics, and leaves my skin feeling extra hydrated even in the sun all day. Perfect every day face/neck sunscreen

This sunscreen is my holy grail face and neck sunscreen that I use daily. My only qualm is that it burns my eyes so I can't apply it on my upper eyelid. But to be fair, most sunscreens burn my eyes. This does give a bit of a dewy finish so if that's not what you're looking for it may not be ideal. I enjoy it and it doubles as my daytime moisturizer. I have never gotten burnt and it sits beautifully on the skin for a long time even while I work outside as a sweaty paramedic. I will always use this sunscreen!

Works Well on My Oily Acne Prone Skin

I have very oily acne prone skin so finding sunscreens has been challenging for as long as I can remember. I also have medium skin and hate any white cast left behind. I decided to purchase the Anthelios Cooling Water Sunscreen to test it out and I'm now on my third bottle! The sunscreen comes out white but once you rub into your skin it becomes clear and there is no white residue. It spreads easily and feels very light on the skin, not thick, heavy, or sticky once absorbed, perfect for sweltering days. It does leave behind a VERY dewy glow on my already oily skin which I don't mind but be aware if you don't like the extra glow (you can of course powder your face). I don't wear makeup everyday, just for special occasions or when I'm in the mood but because this sunscreen is so dewy on me, I find that makeup can slip around a bit and not cling onto the skin well therefore affecting the longevity of the makeup. I'm able to double up this sunscreen as my AM moisturizer too and find that my skin doesn't feel dry or tight when wearing this on top of my hydrating toner and serum even in the winter months. The protection is amazing as I have not experienced any sunburn, darkened acne scars, or new freckles and it's also water resistant so it won't come off your skin that easily. In terms of staining clothes, this product has not stained any of the my shirts (light or dark colored) which I greatly appreciate. You do get a generous amount of 150ml so it should last a while even if you are using two fingers length of product for face and neck like me. A caution when using this sunscreen is that it stings horribly if you get this near your eyes! I recommend using a separate sunscreen for your eye area because this product will burn and irritate them even if you're applying away from the lash line. Since using this sunscreen I have not experienced any new breakouts/bumps or have any form of irritation/redness. Although this product is expensive it works well for me and I will continue to repurchase.

best spf!!!

i bought this in store at the beginning of summer after an employee recommended it to me. i'm a natural redhead, so im pretty pasty and prone to skin cancer/burning easy. i was hesitant because it was super pricy - but a little goes a long way!!! i work outside in the sun all day and have every day for the summer, and i havent burnt ONCE since buying and actively using this. i still have over half the bottle after 2/3 months. it is so worth the money.
