I have been using this product La Roche - Posay Redermic "R" and La Roche - Posay vitamin "C" cream, for some years now. It was recommended by a doctor that did my injectables. Don't forget to collect your optimum points too. The price is currently $56.00 Canadian per 30 ml tube. You maybe able to find medical grade products with higher quantities of the anti aging ingredients, but you will be paying double the money as well. Very good retinol product for aging, sensitive skin. I was able to use it regularly as soon as I started it -- without any irritation. That's unusual for me, as my sensitive skin usually reacts badly to retinol products and I usually give up. This one's gentle and seems to be effective, but as other smart reviewers pointed out, this type of product takes time and results don't show right away. My only complaint is the fragrance -- which is way too strong for a product that's touted for sensitive skin. It would be a five-star item if it weren't for that!

What even is this!!? I have used this for 4 days!! I have been wanting filler in my forehead fine line wrinkles and my 11 lines were soooo deep. After 4 days. 4 DAYS!! Of using this. This is a very effective serum. I love it. It’s gentle yet helps keep the milia away. It is scented but honestly I’ll take over the expensive boutique retinols that stink like lactic acid.I don’t know about it helping wrinkles since I was previously using said boutique brand retinol serum which claimed to be higher dose but never disclosed what that was. So I have no baseline for wrinkles - they just look the same. I also love that this serum soaks in right away and is not sticky.Honestly if you’re looking for a basic, gentle retinol this is a good choice.
I just got this Retinol. I read the reviews and a lot have complained about the scent. I love the scent. It smells amazing to me. Like I'm getting a spa treatment. The retinol soaks right into my skin. Not sticky at all and makes my skin really smooth and soft. Today is day one. So I can’t wait to see the results of my skin. I have a few sunspots on my face, so I am anxious to see those fade away. I’m giving this a five star rating because of what I’m experiencing so far. To each their own on the scent.
I purchased mine in Berlin, Germany . Love the gently smell of this cream. I have sensitive skin and always very cautious with retinol. I’ve used this product few times alredy and so far haven’t had any reactions. I wonder if this product that’s sold in Germany have different quality then products that’s sold in USA ? I guess will find out after I purchase the second one here in US.

Now I use it virtually every night as part of my skincare routine before bed. It's very easy to use, and the tube format with the pointed dispensing tip keeps the product inside from contamination and maintains its consistency and integrity. It also easily dispenses just enough to cover my wrinkled areas (forehead, elevens, marionette lines, etc.) rather than my whole face, giving me more bang for my buck. As a cream, it feels good on my face and hasn't irritated my sensitive skin.
