Specifically designed for the female foot: An aesthetic revision of the popular Ultra Raptor model, a trail running shoe developed for off-road routes over long distances, ultramarathons, and extended training sessions. The Ultra Raptor II Woman is the updated version of the beloved Ultra Raptor. The highly breathable upper made of Air-Mesh fabric features an integrated cushioning plate called "Endurance Platform" made of soft EVA with differentiated thickness (thicker at the toe, thinner at the heel) for maximum shock absorption in any situation and reduction of ramp angles. The rear stabilizing heel insert allows for perfect control on cross passages. The lacing system is integrated with the upper, using eyelets sewn onto the inner elastic fabric, as well as reinforcements in hard plastic on the outer mesh. This system distributes the tension of the lacing across the entire upper for maximum comfort. The laces and the Ortholite Hybrid insole are also made from recycled materials. The Ultra Raptor II is also available in a comfort version with a wide fit, for runners with broader feet.
