This product is useful at reducing my symptoms for lactose intolerance e.g. bloating, cramps, diarrhoea. It does not completely remove all symptoms; however, the effectiveness probably varies between individuals. Personally, I like to eat a lot of dairy-rich desserts like cheesecakes and milk chocolate, which may explain my mixed results.I also realise that this product does not have many competitors, which may make this product's pricetag inaccessible for many Australians.I've been using this product for the past year. I avoid dairy as much as I can but in social events it can be hard to avoid. I loved the smaller packets so much I decided to purchase the larger size as it was cost effective. The pills works well and allow me to eat dairy if I need to my only complaint is the bottles a little big to take with me so I will still purchase the smaller packs to keep in my bag - just in case. Amazing to be able to eat without an upset stomach!

I brought tablets a little while ago for my son in-law who has had a lot of issues with lactose, buying these tablets has really helped the issue , my son in-law drives B-doubles / road train interstate, as you can appreciate these guys just can’t pull up anywhere, which caused many problems!!!!!!The tablets have certainly stopped the issue of the Acute stomach pains that come on when food is consumed.Cannot recommend these tablets enough , they have certainly changed this truck drivers life , too a much easier and fair free drive ..RegardsHappy driver
