Lacto Free 100 Tablets

Lacto-Free 100 Tablets Lacto-Free allows you to enjoy dairy products without symptoms such as bloating, cramps, excess gas and diarrhoea. It is specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose. Lactose intolerance is the decreased ability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. Lactose intolerance is due to the lack of lactase (also known as Tilactase), an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system Extra strength formulation* Easy to swallow mini tablets Preservative free No artificial flavours, colours or sugars Yeast, dairy and gluten free Kosher and Halal certified Suitable to take during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding Ingredients Lactase (also known as Tilactase), Microcrystalline cellulose, Povidone, and Magnesium stearate. *Lacto-Free contains 4000 ALU (acid lactase units) also measured as FCC (food chemical codex) Directions It is best to take Lacto-Free just before consuming dairy, ideally 5 minutes beforehand. Dosage Most people will require 2 tablets before consuming dairy. However, for people who are mildly lactose intolerant, 1 tablet should be sufficient. Everybody has a different level of lactose intolerance, so it is a matter of trial and error to find the right dose for you.

Lacto-Free are UN-FLAVOURED. Other brands can have strong peppermint flavour. Lactose is in milk, butter, cheese and some fermented drinks like white wine, beer and cider. Lacto-Free does NOT ruin taste of sandwiches, pizzas, cappuccinos, wines, etc. And, deals effectively with lactose-intolerance. Perfect!

Best lactose so far!
21 November 2017

Great product: most effective and smallest tablets of lactase I've come across, all in a neat, secure, and easy to use dispenser. Much better value than more common brands of lactase available from pharmacies, hoping this product will become widely available!

Dont get wet

Drink bottle leaked in handbag and now cant use as theye dont come our of the container. Dispenser is not waterproof . A bit of a disappointment as other brands come in a bottle no issue if water leaks in your bag.

Finally a brand that doesn’t add sugar!!
4 March 2023

Wasn’t keen on the other brand called Lacteeze after I found out they contain sugar! Was super happy to find out that these ones are sugar free and they have become my go to whenever I eat dairy products!

Bought lactofree today for my mother in law place, can’t even get a tablet out, my husband busted the lid of and they went flying everywhere. Don’t waste your money, until they improve the container
