Not exactly as fine toothed as you would expect a headlice comb to be. Could be finer as I found it didn't do a good enough job as the comb that comes in the quitnits value pack. I would think that this would be helpful on much thicker hair. Didn't cause a fuss when combing though
Replaced with cheaper replica, without being informed. I know it’s only a low priced product, but the Lady Jane has finer comb, which I required (not for lice removal). The product I received had 2 of the same wide combs on both sides & wasn’t in packaging.
