I like Lakanto and how they use clean ingredients in their products. The taste and texture of this powdered sweetener is comparable to actual powdered sugar, so it works great to replace sugar in all your baking and cooking needs, with the added benefit of not raising your blood sugar. Size of the package is okay, depending how often you use powdered sugar.

I always have powdered lakanto in my pantry as a keto dieter. This is so well powdered I never have to worry about a gritty taste or texture in recipes like keto cheesecake, pudding, frosting, uncooked fat bombs or treats, and anything that doesn’t get heated or cooked to “melt” the other granular-style sweetener. It tastes great. In regular doses, I don’t notice an aftertaste. But, I guess if you’re new to this sweetener, or haven’t gotten over real sugar yet, you might notice a slightly cooling sensation or tiny bit of aftertaste. Otherwise, it works well as a sugar substitute! I do blood testing and it doesn’t raise my blood sugar levels 30 and 90 minutes after using. Very good alternative to sugar and other unhealthy sweeteners. Add some to any beverage to make it sweeter. I use it mostly for baking. I find that for best taste, less calories and no aftertaste alternative sweeteners like Monk Fruit, Erythritol, Xylitol, Stevia, Allulose (maybe a bit of Maple syrup and honey) are best used together. It is mostly Erythritol with a bit of Monk fruit. I use this powdered version to make keto buttercream frosting for cakes, using only 3 ingredients: this sweetener, Kerrygold butter and 2-3 tbsp. of organic heavy cream. Combine them slowly with a mixer, as if you were making whipped cream from scratch.

I’ve been using this for many years the size last for many months the package is sealed nicely very beneficial over normal sugar can be used in all kind of recipes teas and coffee. Good for the diet the serving size, you don’t need much only a table spoon to have the same effect even more as what Sugar would do.

The complete replacement to sugar. did u know that sugar now has close to 40 different terms to it.are you above 40 n still taking lots of sugar ? its been proved too that when sugar is reduced or completely eliminated, "C" shrinks as well.In Asia, this replaces sugar in our laksa, mee siam n every our curries. let l said, whats there, not to like.
Got it on sale so the price was good for the quantity. I used it in baking for my diabetic family member and it didn't leave any weird after taste like stevia sometimes does. Texture was good and easily dissolves in cream cheese, whipping cream, butter, or with water for various icing or glaze types. Very few ingredients, good for low sugar diets and recipes.
