Hydra Zen is a brilliant moisturising cream. It doesn’t leave your skin greasy at all but you notice the difference straight away. Friends have actually commented how good my skin looks . And I haven’t been paid to say this. A friend bought me a smaller tub as a gift for my 60th. I was so impressed I bought myself the big tub

Bought a jar of this in a 75ml. The picture was the old cream in the pink container what arrived was the new cream in the white container. It’s completely different, smell, texture everything!! The stores and airports all are using the old formula testers but selling the new product inside. Utterly fed up. Will be opening a case with my credit card company.

It doesn't break me out at all and actually takes down the redness/inflammation of any pimples by the time I wake up in the morning. Why did you change this cream? I have been using this for years but this order is completely different, It is now thin and greasy, a different colour and completely different smell. The original was lovely thick and creamy that absorbed into the skin with a lovely smell. I will no longer be purchasing this cream it is similar to Ponds cream!!

Truly, the best moisturiser I'd ever used. Then you tweaked the name and changed the packaging but insisted the ingredients were the same (as per your response to a review by "Vikky" below) which was not true - you changed the ingredients too. It's now a bog-standard moisturising cream, no better than any generic £5 moisturiser. Genuinely, I am shocked at the difference. I have no idea why you changed the ingredients when you had so many good reviews and loyal customers before. Presumably, it's for monetary reasons but it seems a false economy because you will just lose ... I love Lancôme products. They make me feel safe for my skin care. However, this is my second negative experience with Macy's. The Tonique Comfort I received looked used because it was not fully filled. Additionally, last December, I ordered two boxes of Nutrix Royal Body, and one of the containers was completely broken. I still used it without returning it since the product inside was not damaged. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't. That's why, even though I love Lancôme, I always hesitate to order their products from Macy's.
