I was genuinely surprised that While putting this thick serum onto my eyelashes it almost felt as if my lashes were absorbing the serum immediately when being applied first to the root And then down to the end of the Lash. By the time I was done applying to my second eye, the serum on the first eye had dried enough for me to be able to apply my mascara. It has now been two weeks since I've tried the product, I apply it every day in the morning prior to starting my day as well as at night after I've showered and taken off all of my make up, I absolutely notice a difference with several factors. My eyelashes feel softer, stronger and less brittle, most importantly I am noticing less lashes if any that are coming off when taking my eye make up for the day off. I will absolutely continue using Lancome cils booster lash revitalizing serum, and recommend this product to family, friends, and other consumers. I believe Lancome has really knocked it out of the park with this product and I'm very grateful I was given the opportunity to sample this product and now have it be part of my regular make up routine.

I've been using this for years. It is absolutely amazing. You will see growth in less than a week. It makes your lashes so healthy and full. I use it at night for about 2 or 3 weeks then I take a break for 2 -3 weeks and start using it again. It is like a miracle in a bottle. Packaging is nice but im always afraid I am going to break it in my bag when i travel but thankfully that hasn't happened yet. Its a bit on the pricey side compared to some products in this category but i believe it works better ast least it works better than other ones I've tried. love it and would recommend it

I was excited to try this lash serum because my lashes are super short and brittle so I was hoping to see if this would work better than other products I've tried in the past, but I was left a little disappointed. I didn't feel like it made a dramatic difference with my lashes falling out. I did still see a good amount of my lashes falling out as I used this. I will continue to use it to see if longer use helps, but I have used it for a few weeks so far and it's only been showing mediocre results, so maybe with longer use, there may be better results.

did they change the formula? the product I got vs what other reviews had said about the product are wildly different. what I got was what felt and look d like lash glue in a fancy tube. it says "serum" - real bold considering there was nothing serum like about the consistency. I put this on twice - once, thinking I had done it wrong, twice, and I had to *roll it off my eyes and lashes like it was postage glue* - you know, that tacky gum they stick pamphlets together with? that's how this dries. it honestly causes *more* lash stress than not using it at all. that being said - the brush is actually nice. absolutely love the applicator, and the packaging is cute. I would love to try this again if they ever reformulate, but until then, nah.

The golden tube is so pretty and truly looks like a luxury product. The brush is very sturdy, which makes it easy to sweep it over my lashes like a mascara, as well as along my lashline like a liner. I started using it 2x a day, morning and night, as per the instructions. The serum is the proper consistency for an eye product, so it doesn't drip down and get into my eyes. As the pictures show, there wasn't a huge dramatic change in my lashes-- this product was not revolutionary-- but I think they're longer and look healthier than they did when I started.The cons: This stuff is STICKY and takes a while to dry. Whichever way you apply it, your eyelashes are going to stay pointed in that direction. I imagine putting mascara over it might counteract this, but you'll definitely need to give it ten minutes or so to stop being tacky, or your mascara wand will take it right off. It also is hard to get off your skin if you miss, which I did.

It has produced results beyond other lash serums as I have tried, and the price point is well worth it when I consider what I’ve spent on other lash serums. The applicator is easy to use and of a typical liquid liner-style brush that glides smoothly across the area of application.

I started using it 2x a day, morning and night, as per the instructions. The serum doesn't make my lashes feel sticky, but it does give them a somewhat wet appearance. I don't notice any difference in the way my lashes look when I apply my mascara over the serum compared to when I use mascara alone. As for the long term benefits, I can't say I've seen much of an improvement in the appearance of my lashes. If anything, they may feel a bit softer. I'd love to say they are healthier, but I honestly can't tell. When it comes to lash fallout, I have experienced a slight decrease in the amount of lashes that I notice fall out when I remove my makeup. However, it's not an impressive decrease. Overall, I unfortunately haven't noticed much of an immediate or long term improvement using Lancome Cils Booster. Considering the price, I would have loved to experience a visible difference, or at least a noticeable improvement, in my lashes. I don't think I'll be purchasing this product in the future. I will, however, continue to use what is left in the tube, and maybe, with longer use, I will see greater results. This is just my personal experience with the product, your's may be completely different. If lash fallout is something you struggle with, this could be a good serum for you to try.
The thing about lash serums is that you can't tell unless you've been using it for a long amount of time (at least for me) and my eyelashes aren't incredibly unhealthy as it is BUT I've been using this for a few weeks and I really like it so far! I usually only use lash serums at night during my skincare routine but this one specifically says to use it twice a day so I have been. I can tell you that if you let it dry fully it will not interfere with your eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, or anything like that which is obviously great otherwise I wouldn't use it. It should be double ended because you're supposed to use it at the lash line like an eyeliner which is great for this product because it comes with a brush tip but then you're supposed to use it like mascara and coat your lashes which is frustrating with a brush tip and a spoolie would be more effective. Luckily I can just use my own but I don't understand why they can't have a spoolie on one end and a brush on the other. Not a huge deal but it always bothers me and if I'm being honest I prefer a spoolie over a brush tip. Other than that I really like it! It doesn't irritate my eyes or sting at all even when it gets in them and my lashes are stronger for sure because I lose less during the makeup removal process. I would definitely recommend it!
