I love love love this cleanser. It’s very gentle but effective. Smells amazing, very light and fresh. Easy to remove with a washcloth or cotton. Or just rinse off. I use it for many years as a morning cleanser or second step in the evening as double cleansing. Tried many different cleaners but this one is one of its kind. It’s perfect in my opinion.

I wanted to love this product so much. Contains mineral oil and Salicylic acid (SA) is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that helps promote the skin's natural exfoliation process. I told two separate sales ladies my concerns, I can only use AHA; this means I can't use BHA or retinol. I have never been able to use them. I have very dry skin. Every one of LancĂ´me's treatment products contain salicylic acid, except genefiqic. Be warned!

I am returning this product. I really do not like it, at all! I have been using Lancôme for 40+ years. I love their products, except this one!! I have used the Lancôme mousse radiance self foam cleanser for years!! LOVED IT! It seems it has been discontinued, mistake. I have purchased the crème radiance cream to foam cleanser which is fine, but it is really hard to get it squeeze it out of the tube. Not sure what I will try or whose product I will try. I like to “wash” my face.

This is the best cleanser I have ever used and I've been using it for DECADES. Leaves my skin feeling fresh, smooth and gently exfoliated without over drying. Pump has always been smooth and gives the perfect amount of product each time. It's my favourite product and has kept me a loyal Lancome customer for all my skincare. If it discontinues I'd actually consider changing brands entirely as I feel the cleanser is the base of any skincare routine... and this one is fantastic.
This is a great make up remover and it rinses off easily. Leaves my skin moisturized and soft, nothing harsh about it. It smells amazing and it feels so good going on your skin. I love this product. I have a bit sensitive skin and it soothes my skin without drying or breaking it out. My skin always feels soft after using. Does a great job melting my makeup, including my stubborn mascara.

This product is superb and thorough in removing them. I have had laser treatments for pigmentation and rosacea. Most makeup removers and towelettes are harsh on my skin and redness flares up after a day or so of using them. I have never had that problem with Galatee Confort. After the cleansing milk is wiped off with a tissue, I cleanse with Lancome Mousse Radiance, or sometimes use micellar water. It is lightly scented which I like. If you don’t like scents, you will be wiping it off anyways so it doesn’t matter. Even with daily use, a bottle lasts me for months. I worked until late at night and used this product for years to remove my make up before bedtime. It maintains my skin's hydration and it feels like my skin is more brighter than before. I used it with cotton but haven't tried it with rinsing due to sometimes when I rinsed off my make up using this kind of product it always leaves off some cream on my skin. Thus, I'd rather used a cotton balls to remove my make up using this product. I have big bottles extra and smaller bottles as well to use when I travel. I am not sure though if I use this product way too much because I use like 3 cotton balls to remove my make up. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!
I wish I could give this no stars. I use all Lancôme products and make up. I haven’t used something from Lancôme that I hated… until this product. And for the record I do not typically leave reviews but this truly needed to be said. This product dried my skin out horribly to the point I can’t even tolerate wearing my routine day to day makeup. It takes a ton to take my makeup off and I do not use waterproof anything and mind you I USE ALL LANCÔME MAKEUP. And I have a very light natural look that I wear daily. So how could Lancôme make a product that doesn’t even work to remove their own makeup?!! I am truly disappointed and I wish I could get my money back.
I bought the perfume Idole and got some free gift with other lancome sample products. I couldn't wait to try everything, however the first thing I tried was this sleansing milk and I can only say WOW! This is by far the best product I have used so far for my sensitive skin! It cleans super quick mascara too without need to rubb your eyelids! The smell is also divine, my skin feels so nourished and clean like never before. And this is only 1 use so far. After I cleaned my face I also used the toner that was included in the gift bag and all I can do now is to buy the full size ones! Thank you Lancome.I always thought that is a good idea to first try sample before bying some products which are not cheap at all.However these two products are definitely worth the money!

I was left with smudgy, smeary raccoon eyes. So then I would put more of this cleanser on, try all over again and it still would not remove my make up. One time I even used a toner with cotton pads to see how much make up was left, and it was just alarming!
