I have bought this mascara since it first came out and loved it. This last one I bought however, blobs, clumps my lashes together I have to use an old mascaras comb to separate them and irritates my eyes. It also ends up over my eye lid. I cannot wear waterproof mascaras and this feels like one. Has the formula been changed. I shall buy another when this one is used up but if I have the same problems will have to find an alternative. I love the brush and found it so easy to use previously.

This wand is so good at coating every lash. No matter how thin or short, the swan neck will reach every lash. The wand feels sturdy and I feel like I’m in control of where the mascara goes. Start with the outer corner and work your way in. Gives lots of definition, giving you fullness and separation. Has a matte finish. It dries quickly so you want to layer quickly. Adds length, volume, and lifts. A little more than a natural look mascara. It’s truly a dark black in color. I recommend wiping off the wand before application to clean off any built up product, then dip into tube and apply to your lashes. You will see next to no clumps this way. It isn’t waterproof but I know it comes in a waterproof range too. This is the very mascara. Top 3 HANDS DOWN if not number 1 I’ve tried well over 200 mascaras over the last 20 years (prob closer to 300) I’m a legit mascara w h o r e and I don’t play when it comes to my lashes. I’m not one for lash extensions or falses either. This stuff is the bees knees and their elbows! Sucks how expensive it is. But it lasts forever and it’s worth it IMO! Grandiose .. also I love the rose.

Best mascara!

I have been purchasing this for a couple years now. Everyone compliments my lashes when I use this product. There have been plenty of mascaras I have tried in between too - samples from beauty loop and cheaper mascaras that are raved about on social media but, honestly none could compare. The Lancôme is worth the price. The brush is perfect for precision and the formula is unbeatable. You don’t need to layer, it will deliver elongated and perfect lashes effortlessly. No flakiness. Comes off easy when washing. Highly recommend!

Easy peasy eye glam

This is a great mascara. Love a waterproof. Comes off easily and completely with remover but the best selling point is the shape of the wand. You can actuality see your lashes when you are applying the mascara. Have you ever noticed how people have to "hold their mouths just so" when applying mascara? Not with this mascara wand. It is so easy.

holy grail mascara

Been a favorite since 2011, 1 of the best mascara I’ve used. Does not smudge and lift my eye lash really well, the wand is kinda weird for new users but I grew to like how it helps with my application. Will always repurchase but have to say this batch that I’ve gotten was quite dry? It used to be super dense when just opened that I need to dap some off on tissue. But not the case for this time round. Wonder if it was a change in formula again or cos of the stocks not moving too well during covid period.

not waterproof, will smudge after a few hours
