I fell in love with Lancome perfumes when I bought la vie este belle Cristal. Since then I bought en Rose and Eclat, all are absolutely amazing. I wanted to venture into the tresor range. For me this was a good blind buy, but it's probably not for everyone. It's almost overwhelming at first, even with a few sprays. But, it mellows out on my skin and I smell roses and chocolate. The scent lasts a long time and has good projection.. I saw YouTube videos recommending this as a winter fragrance. For me this isn't an anyday, any where perfume. I think it's a perfect clubbing fragrance. Definitely a head turner that will stand out in a crowd. I don't see myself wearing it to The bottle is beautiful. It looks very classy on my vanity

I never intended on buying this perfume and had my eye on something else that was unfortunately not in stock. But you know what? Everything happens for a reason. I’m so glad I bought this perfume! I saw the dark glittery packaging and was intrigued, so I just took the chance and bought it. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous! It was described as smelling like black roses and vanilla orchids and oh my god, it’s divine! It has a very sweet floral smell which I absolutely love and the first thing I said to my partner was that I smelt like a sophisticated rich sultry woman. It gives me vibes of being out late at night on a romantic date. I’ll be wearing this for Valentine’s Day that’s for sure! This perfume was definitely worth the risk and the money.

This is a heavy, beast mode fragrance that is meant for a date night or a formal evening event. It is as sharp as the bottle it comes in (beautiful, but striking). At first sniff, the most prominent note is Litchi (which, for me, can come across as screechy). It gives that same sour note that I didn’t care for in Delina/Delina Exclusif. However, it does fade enough for me if I’m willing give it time to dry down, so if I was wearing this out, I’d spray it an hour before. The raspberry note is ok but leans a little synthetic for my taste. I love the scent of this perfume and have had many compliments whenever I wear it but the scent is too strong for my liking and it gave me headaches sometimes. It's like a sweet fruity smell that lingers the whole day.If you like the fruity sweet smell this one is for you. The price is in the mid-range that everyone can afford. The bottle is so gorgeous, it's like a black diamond with small black rose on the neck, so pretty to display on the dresser and a perfect gift for your wife or girlfriends. I highly recommend it!

Bring it back and with the original formula PLEASE

I have worn La Nuit Trésor for 6 years. It’s the love of my life. My first bottle left such an impression on me that I started using Lancôme’s makeup. I’m begging with every fiber of my being for y’all to continue with this perfume and go back to the original scent. It is the only thing I wear. I get compliments from complete strangers on elevators. My friends and family know it as my “smell.” When I tell you I will buy bottles until I’m 90 years old I mean it. If you do bring it back, it will fly off the shelves. I’ll make fan accounts. You will struggle to keep it in stock. I am on my hands and knees begging y’all to bring back the original formulation. Please do not make me go to bath and body works and pick up a body spray that lasts 2 seconds.

Different from the 2017 version

Very disappointed that this doesn't last as long as the original formula. This is still a really good version of this scent but the older one was absolutely incredible! This new version no longer has coffe snd licorice which is what made the older formula so special. Still really good but of you could bring the older version back so many people would be pleased. Now i have to buy 2017 versions on ebay a little overpriced.

Old reviews new formula

I'm so sad I read so many great reviews I went and tried it. It smelled different on the paper but had a good initial scent - warm for winter. But I didn't catch the floral. I sprayed it on myself from the tester and bought the full size thinking I could exchange as long as I didn't open it in case the dry down was bad... well... it really was. It settles into a very woody musk smell that reminds me of an old sauna or like an old department store perfume. It's not great. I re read all these reviews and people talk about sweetness, gourmand, and floral..... totally NOT THERE. Why????? Well.. tirns out the formula changed and all those reviews 5-7 years old popping up here that rave about it... don't apply. So sad. Will be returning it.

PLEASE lancome bring the original formula back!

Bring back the original formula, the new formula is not the same as the stunning original, the notes have changed. Please lancome go back to the original formula, so many lovers of the OG formula are saying the same on these reviews, and on other site reviews. We all want the original forumla back. I appreciated sometimes perfumed do get reformulated for reasons of reasons but the original was perfection and a signature scent for me and so many others. PLEASE go back to original notes!!!

Sumptuous

Tried this EDP from a sample initially and loved it. It's warm, sweet, rich and enticing. It lasts long. I'm not into vanilla; thus, I don't want classical Trésor, in particular. But La Nuit has Tahitian vanilla, so it's probably different, because it fully works for me. The bottle itself is a great decoration: it sparkles in light like a precious crystal. Finally, I commend discount pricing at Chemist Warehouse.
