Tried a sample and liked it enough to purchase a full size. Watery lightweight texture. My dehydrated oily skin soaks this up quick. Non greasy. Non sticky finish. Doesn’t pill when layering with other skincare and makeup. Slight fragrance, as with all laneige products, which I don’t mind at all. Works well in humid SG but not sure if it will be hydrating enough for dryer/colder climates. Wish seller would offer this in smaller sizes for travel. Fast shipping, well packed, good shelf life. Highly recommend to purchase direct from this seller for guaranteed authenticity.

The Water Bank Cream is super hydrating and living in the desert, it’s essential to have a hydrating moisturizer. A must in your skincare routine!

After loving all of the other Laneige products i thought i’d give their hyaluronic serum a try and I love it! It makes my skin feel so smooth and healthy, and really does add the moisture into my skin it so desperately needs! Just use a couple pumps of this on a freshly toned/wet face and let it sink in and dry before applying your moisturiser and you really will see a difference. One thing i also love about this is that there is a window on the back which indicates when you need to buy a new one (it turns red) which is so helpful. Definitely will be repurchasing, as with all the other Laneige skincare!

Decent Serum

It's a decent hyaluronic essence. I have really dry skin so I was looking for something much thicker, but this gets the job done for something quick and easy. It did not give me significant results. I think that you could find something much cheaper that would do more. The packaging is fun and unique. I thought it was refillable but I think I was mistaken. I was reaching the end of the bottle and the pump stopped bringing product. Usually at that point, I would tip it over and start pouring what I can out or cutting it open but there was no way to scrape the inside or remove the tube to get more product when I was sure that there was at least a little bit left.

Feels great, amazing pakcaging

Love, love, love the packaging of this; it feels super fun to use. It's a fun part of both my AM and PM routine.I have been using this for 2 weeks so far, and will continue using it. My skin is oily to begin with, so there won't be much of a difference, but I did briefly have a dry patch on my nose from an illness, and applying this plus something to seal it in resolved the dryness overnight.I am rating it 5 stars as without it, my routine would feel empty, and hydration is always important.

Good product, but maybe not for me

I am glad I tried the Laneige introduction sample pack first because while I have really been enjoying the blue hyaluronic serum, I don’t think it will become a staple in my routine. It’s a good product - feels light and very hydrating, and is reasonably-priced. It is just not a game changer for me. I also don’t enjoy the floral scent of this. It hasn’t caused any skin irritation and the smell does go away quickly, but I just hesitate to use it because of the scent. But the packaging of all the water bank line is a nice colour and looks good on your shelves so it’s more fun to do your skincare routine.

This serum is good, but like the cream moisturizer, it is not as hydrating as its previous iteration. As a result, I end up using more and end up going through it faster. I wish it was less scented, but it dissipates pretty quickly.The packaging does suck. It's made with a ton of plastic now, which makes it less recyclable than its previous glass bottle. It's also just messy, if you don't hit the pump hard enough and at the right angle, it drips into an unreachable spot. The indicator on the side of my bottle never turned red when I was running out, and since the packaging is opaque, I was left to guess by weight that I needed a new bottle. Miracle potion? 🤷‍♀️

I got this in my FabFitFun box so I figured why not give it a try. I have combination skin; my forehead, nose and part of my cheeks are extremely oily and the whole area around my mouth and chin are extremely dry. My skin never met a product that addressed both concerns without breaking me out. So I figure I try this serum since it doesn't have oil in it to worsen my oily parts and it's not a thick cream that clogs that pores in my dry areas. I've been using this for the past 2 months and it has literally cleared my skin! I only hoped that it wouldn't break me out but it went above and beyond! It cleared the little bumps that were on my forehead and no more random breakouts around my mouth and cheeks. While the smooth lines of design and light blue color looks clean and fresh, the thick large rectangular shape also feels a bit awkward and clunky. It does have a “refill detector” to let you know when you’re running low, but this feels like a novelty that I’ve never needed in more traditional bottles. I would much rather have less extra packaging. The twist feature to the close the pump does seem like it would help limit contaminants entering the bottle; however, I think a small cap could accomplish the same thing.Overall, happy with the serum, but disappointed in the packaging.

my skin has never been softer seriously. dry flaky skin has disappeared when i put it on, but it does come back after i wash my face.as much as i LOVE the twist cap, the pump has too little room to pump, making it so prone for the serum to drip onto the edge and not my fingers. i can barely catch it when the pump is pushed down. you know how in most pump bottles (like the drunk elephant serums,) the pump is smaller than the bottle so you can always catch it. this both pump and bottle are nearly the same size so when the pump is down, there's little to no room to catch it. the serum itself is really good, it has relieved the tightness and pain of dry skin so much.
