Lansinoh Stay Dry Disposable Nursing Pads have been very helpful throughout my breastfeeding journey. The pads come in disposable packaging and are easy to open and apply. The pads have two adhesive spots that help keep the pad in place. They are soft and comfortable to wear. They do not bother my skin. I do not have to change the pads during the day because they are very absorbent for any leaking I may have. I love that I can simply throw them away in the evening and apply a new set. I highly recommend this product!

I went through a few boxes of these as I nursed my little one over 2 years and the other side leaked until he turned one. I had samples of other brands but they did not stay in place as well as these. I placed them in my nursing bra and the adhesive held them in place very well, it is comfortable, the right size and thick enough to absorb any leaks throughout the day or night. I did not feel any itch or scratchiness. I change them as needed and have never had to experience any infections or discomfort. There are little gel beads in the pads that hold the moisture and if it is over capacity, it will the pads will tear and the little beads will come out. I cannot express enough how much these saved me! I was using reusable pads for the first 8 weeks, and I was so uncomfortable. The reusable pads were scratchy, and I had to change them so much to try to stay dry. Once I switched to these, it was night and day difference in comfort and convenience. Although they aren’t reusable, I only need one pair during the day and one pair at night because they draw the moisture away from your body, and they hold a lot of a leakage. They are also so soft. I don’t use the adhesive - I just stick them in my bra and they stay in place. I was so discouraged by the discomfort of nursing for the first 2 months and couldn’t believe how much these helped!

I mostly use these for day wear when I’m out in public/at work and when I am sleeping at night. I find the adhesive on these Lansinoh pads great for sticking directly on fitted tanks or tees for night wear so I can comfortably sleep without a bra. They also stick really well to bras for daywear. The coverage is just as big as the Frida brand I tried before but the price for these were better. They also have a quiet, soft packaging so I can open while baby is sleeping at night and not startle them. Also for reference, I wear a size XL in nursing bras and tops.
I have tried the Boots own brand and also the Tommee tippee pads and these are by far the best! The Boots own pads needed replacing frequently and made such a mess of my bras. The Tommee Tippee ones were really absorbent but didn’t stay in place and were a bit bulky. These are absolutely brilliant because they stay stuck in place, they last all day and they fit comfortably in the bra. They are very much worth the money and you’ll use less than the cheaper option making these better value for money anyway. 10/10 very, very happy!
These feel like sandpaper. I am so sad I bought the largest box because I figured it would be worth it, but I think these are terrible. They're super convenient so I love that, but they HURT. I haven't experienced any bleeding or cracking nipples, just general soreness from nursing and pumping and I can't imagine using these if I did. I think using a nipple balm can help a little, but they're just too rough. Save your money and buy reusables that are softer (I love Bamboobies - they're super soft but can get a little stuck on, so be careful!).
Shrinkflation in 2024! I've bought these since my first baby in 2021. In 2024, the pads are so thin you can see my nip through. I never had a problem leaking through these pads until now. They are so much more thin, the cuts on either side of the circle is deeper and the cloth around those cuts is thinner. The individually wrapped packaging cloth is thinner, but this doesn't bother me as much since it doesn't have to do with causing leaks. I used to wear these pads with a tank top and no bra, but now I wouldn't want to in public. Morning engorgement always leaks through during the first feed now. The only good remaining thing is the wet pads don't stick to my nips... But leaking isn't worth that same price.
