Lifting the CD lid is inhibited by the handle. will not open fully and is a little difficult to open.. This is the most used feature of the boombox for me Everything else is great-sound and variety of options for use.,

The writing is too small for anyone who needs to put their reading glasses ....on everything except Tuning and Volume button. Those buttons uses are obvious anyway because of their size and shape..Even the play button isn't obvious at first until you get used to it. These days it is not just the older people who have glasses. Children are wearing them because of mobiles, ipads etc. The station buttons are far too small. Otherwise it is a good product with excellent sound. The print just needs to be bigger. The design is good except the printing design.

To be honest I thought that for the price I might get a shonky product. But instead I am very satisfied. It is a little smaller than I expected, but that is a plus and the sound is great for my needs.
This CD player has the REPEAT button so you can play your favourite tunes over and over again. Absolutely love it.Price wise, it is fantastic, under $30.00, ( had purchased a Sony CD player only to realise it had no repeat button, paid 4x as much), even the delivery was a great price.Well done Big W for offering such an affordable item and postage and handling.
Played 5 minutes and died. Only needed it for a tutorial on a CD. In meantime bought a Phillips elsewhere, also a cheapie but not as cheap and appears to be a good buy.Now have to go through process of a refund. Not impressed as I am time poor.
This is not a boombox the sound from this laser CD radio is like a $10 cheap radio it's pathetic should never be classed as a boombox I'm getting sending it back for a refund stay away from this you're better off listening gold grandads radio probably got better sound... totally unsatisfied.
Has been a great desktop unit with earbuds. Does not disturb others in room. Excellent quality sound from my CD collection and easy to operate.
Bought one each for my children. Both stopped working after around 30 CDs. Took them back & exchanged - one new didn't work at all, straight out of the box. Took it back for a refund and bought a different make and model.
Constantly stops and starts. Bought it as we had a baby and wanted it for lullabies. You can imagine how impressed we are when we are trying to soothe an upset baby and we are having to try and fix the cd player. Didnt keep the receipt so wasted money there..
