I give a 20 on Laura star iron but how I got it is a hold different story 1 I order back on July 23 I didn't get the ironing board I wanted so I got something else I got the reliable instead the laurastar ironing board 2nd I just got the Laura star today they didn't let me know it was coming and I call almost every day to ask about it the was no email or text to tell anything and they had my email to text me . I stay in a very bad neighborhood and I asked them to let me know but they said it was coming straight from Laura star and they let sewing machine plus so they can text or they're text nobody didy mother is close to 90 years old. If they said anything about it was coming today I stayed home I just saying things could been handled a lot different. We have from totdat a new Laura Star device lift original .our ils one didn’t steam anymoe but we have bought it in 01/02/2003 !!!!So we hope to enjoy thiis new model hopefully even long time

Item arrived quickly, as described. It function as expected. I am happy with.
After 20 years I replaced my Laurastar iron board and iron. Not because it did not function anymore, but because I was fed up with using a transformer for my European 220v iron. So I bought myself an US Laurastar iron that I can just plug in directly.And it works like a charm, again!
I've had my Laurastar Lift for at least 3 years now and it hasn't let me down yet. I love being able to do fusible applique without a pressing cloth. I trusted it to kill germs during the pandemic and still do. It was a big investment, but one I'm glad I made.
Light and powerful steam iron. Easily portable and quick to refill! We used the previous model for at least 10 years. So I'm expecting the same build quality from this model!
