Great smart ironing board set. I love the vacuum and fan system – it makes the clothes feel and smell much fresher! Very happy with it – arrived quickly too!
I have the Smart I and have used the Go Plus. The Go Plus is definitely not bad, but the big price difference is more justified than I realized. In addition to the bigger board (made effectively even larger by the fold out iron rest), the boiler is designed for easy water top up on the go AND a MUCH faster initial warm up, the fan is not just a bit more powerful but also starts kicking on as soon as you touch the iron, so it is up to speed by the time the iron is over your clothes. The Go Plus models will still give you a very good quality press, but much less convenience than the Smart models. Having used both, I believe if you can afford it, the increase in price is well worth it. If you can't, well the Go still gives you the benefits of the powerful steam and ... The fan make a big difference - 1) easier to deal with things like dresses where you arent just trying to press it flat, 2) when you are pressing in a crease the suction makes that crease way sharper and longer lasting, 3) when you iron a tablecloth you can iron it in half and the steam pulls through to do both layers of fabric at one time (I actually fold it in half twice, admittedly the furthest away side isn't perfect once you go through that many layers, but it is 99% and for every day tablecloths that is a HUGE time savings). Do not fear the only having 1 level of heat, the removable soleplate cover makes that a non-issue and I have been able to press wool pants without a layer of fabric between iron and clothes.
Very high recommendations for this ironing board set. The built-in disinfecting system and fans are great + keep your clothes fresh and bacteria-free. It also comes with an app and lots of tutorials you can utilize, which is a huge bonus on effort! Cannot give it less than 5 stars.
I have had this system for about 1 1/2 years. I love the features and consistency of heat and its a pleasure to use! Customer service is very good too. My only minor comments are that initially the protective sole plate would not stay on without a rubber band, but it was replaced under warranty. I would prefer that the resin cartridge be refillable rather than replaceable, and that it took less than 10 minutes to heat up.
Should have bought one of these long ago! Ironing is no longer a chore. It is way better than any of conventional ironing boards. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Prompt reply to questions and unbelievable service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would - they certainly deserve it!
The perfect (smart) ironing board. When you connect it to the mobile app, it shows you how to take care of your clothes properly through video tutorials. I am very happy with how quickly and effectively this set irons – no creases or worry about ruining my delicate pieces! A real 10/10 if you ask me.
Well worth the price and the (very short, mind you) wait. Great set, antibacterial and gets those pesky creases out!
