I fell in love with coffee since I was a child when every morning the aromatic smell of coffee filled the whole house… in time I discovered that mornings are more beautiful with a cup of coffee, of course with a good coffee. The quality and flavor of the perfect coffee always depends on the harvested beans, that's why I chose Lavazza Qualita Rossa, the coffee that combines the unique blend of Robusta and Arabica beans. I love this coffee because it has an intense taste, a persistent aroma and a nice flavour with hints of chocolate and dried fruit !!! 🥰

Excellent value and flavoursome.

These coffee beans are excellent value. The flavour is nice and smooth with no bitterness coming through at all. The ability to grind my own beans each day enhances the freshness when compared to the pre ground options. You can really enjoy the aroma when you open the bag each time.

Flash packaging

Opened this flash bag to discover an aroma of coffee that I did not expect. The aroma was mellowish definately not the strong pungent smell of coffee beans that I had expected from a well known Italian brand. Most Italians like a strong smelling tasty coffee which this product does not represent. I bought a cheap product from Lidl to compare. When I opened the bag the aroma was stronger and the beans made a stronger tastier drink, whichever way you drink it. Both bags displayed 5 coffee beans on the packaging to inform the purchaser of the stregnth. Very dissapointed, but to expensive not to use. I will not buy this Lavazza coffee again.

Good flavour, excellent crema

My regular coffee is Illy beans - in the tins, either mono arabica or straight espresso. Happened to be browsing some other coffees and noted that this is shown as a medium roast - had assumed that they would be high roast (which is not my preference). Bought a pack and was very pleasantly surprised. Grinds nicely, excellent crema and a good full flavour, neither too acidic nor bitter. Will be buying some more, particularly as it is significantly cheaper than Illy.I have a good quality grinder and a Rancilio espresso machine, and drink espressos sometimes with a small dash of milk or foam.Surprised to see the underwhelming reviews here, but perhaps they have improved the blend recently? Pleased I didn't read the reviews before buying!

Great coffee at a great price

I bought 6x 500g Lavazza ground coffee to use with a new, 12 cup drip coffee machine at a function. After reading up on recommend quantities of coffee to use, the coffee produced tasted fantastic and many people commented on the good taste. The price makes it a bargain. The sell by date, 2024 was on each packet and each packet weighed 500g.

I was given a bean to cup coffee machine at Christmas as I love coffee, but generally buy ground rather than bean. I am a huge fan of Lavazza Qualita Rossa in ground form, so this had to be my first bean to try in my machine. What can I say, does not disappoint, the fresh ground tastes even better & the smell in the house as it grinds is wonderful. Rich & full bodied, but smooth & no bitterness at all...I love it.

My favorite coffee so far, I recommend it to anyone who is curious to try it. It has a strong and pleasant smell after grinding, the beans are light-medium roasted, and the coffee is not very strong, but very aromatic. From time to time I also order other test grains, but I still come back to this in the end.

Makes a decent espresso with good crema

I ordered these Lavazza Qualita Rossa beans to use in my bean to cup machine at home. I’ve previously used the ground version but freshly ground beans definitely add to the the freshness of the brew. The Qualita Rossa is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans which has a full bodied flavour, with a slight taste of cacao. I’ve found it to be quite versatile and it works equally well as an espresso or in a latte. Great value at the Asda rollback price too!

The BEST Cafetiere ground coffee I've tried

We've tried quite a few others but this Lavazza ground coffee is the BEST. Small vacuum sealed packs keep it tasting fresh, time after time. We would recommend giving it a try, if you like good quality strong coffee. It's the best possible start to the day!

hard to rate something like coffee bcs it's down to personal taste but I never seem to enjoy Lavazza, either when tried in a cafe or at home. No discerning flavour that makes me want to drink it again, or enjoy it really and this was awful, had some weird slightly acrid dusty flavour to it. i know, hard to describe but never buying that brand again. find the Asda Extra Special Java a much nicer flavour, full, fruity etc but this, meeeeeeeeeh no thanks. for flavour reference i can't stand starbucks but don't mind Costa or Dunelm or Nero.
