I’ve only washed this pan by hand and never taken it above medium heat. While it is great so far on the non stick quality it is chipping quite a bit around the top edge. Something I’ve never seen before with my fry pans. Disappointed as I’ve only had this pan for 3 months.

I have an induction cooktop so I’m limited to my cookware choices. I have a full stainless steel set. Not the easiest to fry eggs on. So I got this little beauty just for eggs. It performs extremely as stated. I fried two eggs with no oil or butter and they did not stick at all.

A few weeks later I ordered an 11” pan as a substitute for the 11” grill pan.The first 15 piece set was sent to me in Hawaii with free shipping. My second order for the individual pan could not be shipped to Hawaii. I had it sent to a relative in Arizona and they had to send it to me in Hawaii. I do not understand why the same shipping process could not have been done for the individual pan.

I love that this pan is truly non-stick and it has no harmful PFO's. It also works on my induction cooktop and not all frying pans do. My only issue is an electronic sound that comes from this pan when it is cooking. My other LeCreuset cookware does not make the sound, for example my 5.5 quart Dutch oven does not. But for cooking scrambled eggs, it is excellent.
I loved the 12" non-stick ceramic pan so much, that after about two months I purchased the 10" as well. Family members who enjoy cooking have used them, and loved them as well. So I will be purchasing a few more as holiday gifts. I use wooden or silicone utensils only with these, and hang them when storing to protect the ceramic coating. I cannot recommend these pans enough.
I purchased this pan because the surface was described as durable if one did not use any metal or hard cooking implements. We used a rubber like egg turner. We took extra care in cooking and in cleaning. Only using twice, after cooking eggs, noticed a scratch. Very disappointing.
High performance pan for foodies. You get what you pay for and this is a good pan. We’ve only had it for a couple of months so we are still in the honeymoon phase. We will see how well it holds up over time.
The LC non stick is far superior. Even with "abuse", the pans I had lasted years longer than other brands. LC even replaced one for me. You can't use nylon or anything rough and don't put them in the dishwasher. Also, they're not for super high heat cooking like stir fry. You can do all that but they will wear out just not as fast as a cheaper brand.
I am surprised at how food is sticking in this pan. I had high hopes and paid top dollar for the Le Creuset name, but am finding this pan is not performing as it should. The larger size one I also purchased is far more non-stick. I don't have the time to return it, but wanted to share my review. The larger size pan has a big of a dome in the middle so liquids pool off to the edges. ALl in all...Le Creuset has some work to do on this series of non stick pans.
By far the best non stick pan I've used, and it's completely non toxic. I have used the larger version 100+ times and no signs of wear or non stick integrity. I've routinely gotten it to 450 degrees for seering meat and no issues with sticking. Even cheese just comes right off.
