It heats up quickly on my Neff induction hob, there was excellent heat transfer to food fried within the pan and the deep sides (around 6 cm) mean that it was easy to stir food around without a risk of spillage over the side of the pan. The stainless steel handles remained cool to the touch and were easy to use when carrying across to serve food.After use, I allowed the pan to cool down and then washed it using a scrubbing mitt designed for non-stick pans. I found that the non-stick surface worked really well, with minimal food residue that was very easy to clean off. The pan is also dishwasher safe. However, it is recommended that the surface be reconditioned after dishwashing, making it quicker just to wash by hand unless the pan became exceptionally dirty.

So far excellent, and I overall really like these pans, but I'm giving 4 stars as this is a replacement after my previous le creuset tns pan lost all its non stick qualities within about 2 years despite hand washing. I wonder if oven use led to the issue, as my other pans are in much better though not perfect condition. Anyway, they are a dream at the start, and 2 of 3 pans are pretty good still after about 2 years of use. Good enough for me to have gone for another round despite the relatively short shelf life in light of the price.

This pan is excellent, by far the best pan I have used and it feels like it will last a long time. I have had it for several months, use it several times a week and it still looks brand new! Also like the sides as they aren’t too low. The lady in the shop mentioned she had one too and thought it was great!
Brilliant service nearly quicker than going to town! Love the pan. The deep sides are great in aiding turning food. Can just pop it in the oven too. Well worth the money,it was on offer the best price l could find. Don’t think l Will have to buy another frying pan ever!!
Pan arrived very quickly and is good quality as you would expect from Le Creuset. The non stick properties are good and the pan is very easy to clean. We have a number of Le Creuset pots an pans. They do not disappoint and, in my opinion, are worth the money as they do last and are a pleasure to use.
I have had a number of Le Creuset pans over the years, including this pan, which I have bought a few times. The most recent one, however only lasted two years. The coating wears off, even when taking care, with wooden tools. LeCreuset said this was normal wear and tear that their "Lifetime Guarantee" doesn't cover (because it is not a 'manufacturing defect'). Expect more from a company with otherwise excellent products. This one does't live up.
In uni I nannied for a family who had one of these and it was amazing. I cooked on it almost everyday and looked after it. I usually rinsed it by hand, but I know on occasion it went into the dishwasher. We only used wooden or silicone utensils but sometimes the metal whisk or something. If you look after it and treat it every once it a while, it will be great. I went over to see them the other day and they've still got the same one, still going strong about 8 years later. Worth the money!
Don't believe the other reviews (I suspect the same person typed both). I have this and the 28cm one and both have been beautiful for the few years I have owned them.If you treat them with respect they last. The non stick is still so good, I often just wipe them clean with a damp kitchen roll and put them back in the cupboard.These might be "Tough" non stick but normal rules apply regardless of the claims. No metal utensils, no dish washer and don't leave on max heat for ages. It's worth getting form or felt pan inserts so you can stack these. People seem to forget that the bases are metal and will ruin the pans if rubbed and scrapped across them.
This has to be the worst non stick product ever! The pan burnt in the middle and all coating came off emitting awful plastic like fumes less than a year after occasional use despite using low on low cooking temperature and appropriate cooking utensils as one uses with non stick pans. Hugely disappointed as I am very happy with other Le Creuset products. If you're going to splurge you may as well get an AMC! Very happy with my better non stick pan.
