NOT RECOMMENDED. I tend to wait to review just to see how the product ages. Initially this product was fantastic however after using it for 8 months the non-stick started to fail. Basic eggs would stick. Handwashed everytime - no scourers. Reported it to the manufacturer and apparently using 'high' heat can cause the non-stick component to fail - i would say i use it similarly to most of the population. For a very expensive pan - save your dollars - buy one for half or a third of the price and refresh after a year or so. Shame to contribute to landfill.

I bought this and the 30cm size together. Both sizes are the best non-stick pans I have ever owned. It is really lightweight and has amazing non-stick qualities (eggs and pancakes just slide off the pan). I followed the instructions of cleaning in warm soapy water, drying immediately and then oiling the pan with vegetable oil on a kitchen towel and leaving it until the next use. I have been seasoning it this way weekly, and it seems to be working wonders. Before owning this I'd gone through 4 different non-stick pans which lost their stick really quickly. I have high hopes for this one to last much longer. Well done Le Creuset!

The best investment I have made. A truly non-stick frypan which has made cooking a breeze. It keeps a high level of heat and simply needs a quick wipe clean after using, highly recommended.
Bought this because previous non-stick pans wouldn't last. Currently can't fault it. Can easily do eggs after doing sausages where usually the fat from the sausages would make the eggs stick to the pan. No problem to fry and quick wipe over to clean.
I ordered two instead of one of these frying pans from Hart’s of Stur as they were the best price deal being offered - absolutely amazing saving off the normal selling price. Easy to use, lightweight, high quality cooking surface. Good for panfrying fish & eggs. I can use much less oil so less calories & cost of oil.
This is the first time I have purchased from Harts of Stur and I will have no problem with ordering from them again. The pans look great. They are a gift to my daughter who loves Le creuset!
Have used Le Creuset toughened non-stick frying pans for years - fabulous bit of kit. I like to fry my steaks HOT, with charred outside. No problem. Used daily; lasts for years. Light years ahead of the old traditional Le Creuset frying pans.
