If you wany something different this is it. Not much sweetness and a smell that's difficult to describe. I loved it at first spray. Then I didn't, now I do again. I brought this blind and happy I took the risk. Its got a water smell about it and something else that makes it nice. Possibly the ambergris. It won't be for everyone and isn't a sweet sickly perfume. More of a unusual smell that I personally love

This is a beautiful, addictive scent that I love, but unfortunately on me it is too masculine. I adore Santal 33, but this is my best friends scent, so I chose this for the notes of juniper as this is a favourite. On my skin the juniper notes vanish and it becomes more woody. It’s a shame you can’t purchase samples and for some reason the 15ml option wasn’t available when I ordered. I have given 5 stars as this is a beautiful, quality product that I will wear as a decadent Sunday treat, but not the everyday scent I was hoping for.

Its a masterpiece in that it absolutely replicates petrichor brilliantly and on skin it is very green, herbaceous and really quite addictive. However its such a niche & unique fragrance and maybe not one to blind buy. Whilst I am glad to have it in my collection, my fave LeLabo scents remain Santal 33, Bergamot 22 and Thé Matcha 26. Baie 19 is perfectly suited to Autumn/Spring & seems to pair well with Bergamot 22.

Hard to describe this perfume better than the brand have in the product description. It is such a unique scent that last days. It is pricey but I think it's worth the money. With other scents I always feel I need to spray several times, but with Le Labo you only need one on the wrist, dab together and to the neck. It lasts even after a quick shower!
My partner bought me the 100ml as a gift after receiving a beauty loop sample. Nothing ever has and nothing ever will compare to Baie 19. And I’ve tried so many perfumes over the years. Every time I put this scent on, it just takes me to another place that I cannot describe! Baie 19 is a stunning unisex scent, it changes itself with the wearer like all LeLabo creations do. I get so many compliments when I have it on, which has been every day lately as I’m obsessed!It’s bold, it’s magical, it’s just perfection!
It smells like rain drops on the ground. If you have ever been in a forest picking the cowberries or same name for lingonberries. Basically the name of this purfume. Perfect signature scent for those who grew up in the nature. It reminds me of my childhood and cold autumn in the Urals the purity of our Ural forest and my favourite berries of all time. In winter time when it's freezing cold outside when you jump into sauna and after the heat you open the jar of this fresh concoction preserved for winter just in a wooden barrel with a bit of sugar. This perfume isn't sweet nor loud. Just perfect for me. It's a unisex smell as well. My son loves it, too.
This is a great scent. Very high quality. It does need some time to settle and should smell slightly different on everyone so I would really recommend wearing it for a while before you purchase. It changes through the day but does stay on. Classic and enchanting.For reference I do best with floral, clean, or citrus type scents and not sweet smells at all. If you do well with these you may like this as well. I also have santal 33 and have lasted over a year with that bottle in the 1.7 oz size with heavy usage in fall.
This is the only fragrance I’ve ever reordered again and again. It is unique; a scent that is decidedly independent from the sweet, artificial tones of most designer fragrances. I have been complimented on this many times over the past few years. This purchase was a gift for a friend (who commented on it many times) as an expression of thanks and gratitude. Perfect.
I fell in LOVE with the sample I received so I got a bottle. I received so many compliments and I loved how it lingered on my clothes even after they’d been washed, but it dissipates so quickly. I went through the bottle so fast from reapplying so frequently. As somebody that is sensitive to a lot of perfumes, this was the perfect fragrance; very light with a hint of eucalyptus, so I’m pretty bummed. If it was cheaper I would buy it again but definitely not worth the price.
