This was bought for my bday and I could not have been happier as I have the hand wash and it pairs wonderfully making the Hinoki scent even stronger and longer-lasting. I also have the pomade for overnight nourishment and when my hand are chapped. Really surprised at how it absorbed so fast, dried down to nothing, I swear, no grease, residue, film...Nothing! I am really impressed with the hand care range from Le Labo as it exceeds and surpasses all brands I have used....and I have tried from one end to the other market-wise to the other and these are the best! Would not by anything else now as the scent, the products, and results are all excellent and worth every penny!

I purchased this as a gift for my manager who enjoys luxury hand lotions. When gifted we noticed that it was clear and sticky like soap. After much confusion, we realized that the bottle that we purchased was in fact filled with soap and not lotion. I reached out to their customer service team about exchanging it but haven't heard from them in over 48 hours. I'm extremely disappointed in the poor quality control because it was so embarrassing. Imagine us in his office with sticky soap in our hands trying to apply it like lotion :( Can someone reach out to me to fix this?

The smell is harsh and masculine and the formula was not moisturising at all. It almost left a matte veil on my skin. This was my first Le Labo product and I will not be coming back to the brand

Absolutely lush and leave hand, arms and feet soft and moisturised all day. The sent is very strong just like perfume! I buy this product once or twice a month
Smell is amazing basically so Le Labo, that’s never lets you down in regards to the fragrance. When I purchase a new hand cream product, fast Absorbing, non-sticky and nice scent are only factors I’m looking at, so if you’re the same then this one is correct product.
I purchased this for myself as a "New Flat" treat, along with the handsoap (both scents in Hinoki) and omg, it's worth the price tag. As a Le Labo fan, I personally think the price is reasonable but I can understand the slight gasp some people give when buying expensive hand creams and soaps (I used to be one of them) They're worth it. The scent is hypnotizing and stays on the hands for a really long time, to the point I washed my hands before going to bed one evening and I could smell my hands while trying to fall asleep! Another thing I love about this is the used by date. It's perfect up until 24 months after opening while washing and creaming our hands is being prompted a little more at the moment I know I'll be able to use it up within two years!
It’s a light hand lotion but unfortunately it is not hydrating enough and the texture is too watery. The smell is amazing and I’m actually sad that because of the texture I won’t purchase it again.
I love Le Labo products and this hand lotion smells amazing! I have already gotten compliments on it. The bottle was a little smaller than expected but still a good size. Will definitely be purchasing again.
I recently purchased this hand cream as due to constant use of hand sanitizer my hands were getting really dry .This product has been a godsend!So light whilst still being really nourishing and the scent is absolutely gorgeous.This is my new favourite , love it !
Another high end product with loads of fragrance. It's not as moisturising as much cheaper hand creams, but what's worse is the fragrance is so overwhelming, I cannot use it when I eat or go to sleep. If you don't enjoy generic strong fragrance, don't get it, save yourself. I like luxurious skincare, but this is another of these brands that don't have much science behind it, but call themselves 'natural' and 'luxury'. Two stars because of the packaging.
