This smells absolutely incredible and lingers for ages. It doesn’t foam that well but does feel luxurious. I bought it with my collected points - a great treat but not sure I’d pay money to repurchase once it’s run out, only because it’s quite expensive.
I love Le Labo products, and this is no exception. The hand soap is beautifully scented, with basil smelling of green and aromatic notes. The soap itself feels quite nourishing on the skin.
I bought the Hinoki fragrance and the smell is divine! Such a beautiful soap. Four starts instead of five because is half the size of my beloved Aesop and it could lather a tad more. However, the fragrance stays for a while. Such a beautiful scent.
Okay. This hand soap is brilliant. Hinoki smells great, the scent lingers. The soap probably works best when followed up with a light hand cream but I can overlook all that for the scent.
I loved the smell of this hand soap, hence the purchase. It is a luxury item and I felt confident that it would be a lovely product.It smells divine, and you only need a small amount to make a very nice soft lather. Unfortunately it leaves my skin (and my husband's) feeling quite dry. I have subsequently bought the matching hand lotion to have next to the sink. (Sadly, that doesn't have particularly long lasting moisture either)!

As a Le Labo fan, I personally think the price is reasonable but I can understand the slight gasp some people give when buying expensive hand creams and soaps (I used to be one of them) They're worth it. The soap is a thicker gel, you need about half a pump or less for a good lather and hand wash and the scent is hypnotizing and stays on the hands for a really long time, to the point I washed my hands before going to bed one evening and I could smell my hands while trying to fall asleep! Smells amazing and the smell lasts on your hands. A nice aesthetic to the bathroom. Doesn’t bubble up much so I don’t know how much it actually cleans your hands and it’s quite expensive.
The scent is strong but so beautiful, I get so many positive comments about it from guests. I’ve tried both scents and Hinoki is definitely more fresh and pleasant. Also a little goes a long way so it lasts pretty well! It’s a splurge but worth it for me.
With recent events that makes washing and sanitising hands imperative and frequent, this is a luxurious break from the anti bacterial drying types I have been using. I was looking for something that smelled nice and was not so drying/irritating, I was surprised that a little goes a long way as its thick in comparison to other hand soaps, also it lathers up beautifully and the scent I chose (Hinoki) is divine. It leaves my hands soft and nourished feeling, the scent lasts a long time and its also quite a comforting scent too... I wish I bought the matching hand lotion now! Its well worth the price for the quality and results you get, definite repurchase!
