While I'm really not a fan of the bottle of this cologne, I really ended up liking how it smelled on my partner, although he remains unsure if he likes it or not. Apparently the inspiration behind this was sailors and shaving soap! Immediately after spraying I get a very strong vanilla, followed soon after by lavender. It really does remind me of shaving soap, so JPG definitely nailed that. It eventually turns into a warm minty, lavender fragrance, and the longevity of this is really impressive. I couldn't pick up any of the other notes, but to me this smells like a fresh, almost aquatic fragrance with a bit of warmth from the vanilla. This cologne seems suitable for any age group, it's very versatile and could be used in any season too!

The evolution of this scent, at least on my skin, it's not the greatest, because I think it's quite linear from the start to the end. However, the trail and its durability on the skin are unique characteristics, which put it at the top of the perfumery world. I can guarantee, easily, between 8 to 12 hours of lasting! For those who don't know its aroma, there are some similar colognes on the market that, changing a little bit here and there, tried to imitate this classic fragrance, which is a big seller in the world, until nowadays. They are: Cuba Gold, 212 Sexy, Romero Britto, Jacomo Rouge, etc.

The scent profile is lavender a vanilla spice and personally I think it suited better to our older demographic but I feel like it is a pretty well-rounded scent . I think that this scent is good for summertime and spring times maybe winter but I don’t think they sent would work so well and fall. The scent is definitely cool toned and very refreshing. I think it’s a crowd pleaser I would recommend it to anybody wanting a beginner fragrance but they like the spicy old enough scent, The atomizer is amazing and it has spectacular distribution. I would have liked slightly more complexity, perhaps a wood or spices, but still very much enjoy it and much prefer it over heavy, over-musky scents like some male perfumes. [Rewarded Review] Bold and Sensual

I received this Le Male Eau de Toilette by Jean Paul Gaultier for free from Influenster for testing purposes and to give my honest opinion. This is a very nice, sweet, spicy, fresh scent with sweet hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The opening is unique, strong, and bold. Throughout the day, as it settles, the vanilla starts to smell. It is not too sweet, which is a very nice subtle vanilla scent. The projection is also very good, and it can last me a good solid 7 hours. This fragrance is versatile. You can wear it day or night and on warm or cold days. I will definitely buy this grafrance without a doubt.
