Lightweight, good looking, wider toe box and good heel retention. I liked the fit as many bike shoes feel too narrow in toe. The problem is the soles are way too soft for my liking. They are on par with my New Balance running shoes (not stiff). It is a personal preference, but I want bike shoes to provide some level of stiffness for pedaling and protection to my feet so I don't break my big toe off in a crash. I could bend these shoes in half with my hands. Did not even try them on the bike. Maybe some people will like them.

The review is not so much about the product itself but Koodoo being able to instantly deliver my voucher code by email is the absolute winner here. Living here in Namibia and having no local suppliers that could sell PSN/XBOX vouchers make it difficult. I am absolutely glad I came across this store!! The only thing that I am hoping for in the future is the possibility to order items online and have it delivered to Namibia...that will be the cherry on top for me!

Comfy and grippy

I have average feet but due to bunions my Ride Concepts Live wires weren't cutting it anymore. These Leatts are the perfect fit. They aren't super wide but I'd imagine it'll fit like a glove (in a good way) if you have wide feet. To me, the fit is the best part about these shoes. I wish bike shoe companies would make more foot-shaped shoes and not those tapering balerina shoes!I wore them for the first time on an adventure ride that included some steep uphill hike a bike then a MASSIVE (8 miles) double black diamond, full-on tech DH. I hope that goes away as things break in. I can't feel it if I'm not hiking a bunch in these. As far as durability, only time will tell but the build quality looks excellent! I've worn a bunch of 5.10s and these are practically just as grippy in my opinion. These are more comfortable and roomier in the same size. I wore 9.5 five tens, these are 9.5s as well. Awesome shoes!

Good flat pedal shoe

I was looking for a shoe with more toe and crank arm side protection and this one fit the bill. Toe box is stiffer than the specialized 2FO's I was running, and the sole is plenty grippy on the pins. Shoe is pretty well cushioned on the crank side to help protect your ankle from errant strikes. Sole stiffness is good, on par with the specialized and 510 shoes I've used, no foot cramping on the downhills.The added protection means this shoe is pretty hot on the climbs, but that's a trade-off I'm willing to take.

Great Flat Pedal Shoes

Shoes are great. Very sturdy with excellent grip on the pins.I love them. Sizing as per the guide doesn’t allow any room other than That’s the exact size of your foot. So measure your foot and go the next full size up. I had to send the first pair back for exchange,which was easy enough although I had to pay the freight and packaging. Pretty good customer service. Good communication via email. 5 Stars there. 5 Stars for the shoes. 3 for shopping experience. I’ll know better next time. That’s shopping online.

Great protective shoes against water and impacts

Bought these for trail riding. They have awesome protection around the ankles, a reinforced toe box that has saved me multiple times now from my toes hitting rocks on the trail. Best feature is the leather water resistant material keeps your feet dry. I dont have to worry about the hoe laces coming undone. They're compression laces work very well.One negative would be the weight of the shoe. It is on the heavier side but isn't something I was concerned about.Size: I'm a female size 10 in running shoes usually but was able to fit into the unisex men's sizing with a 9.

This is my first time writing flats As I have mainly been a clip in paddle rider. However, I upgraded the bike this past year and I’m writing more steep enduro type terrain. Right out of the box the quality of the shoes is undeniable. They fit very true to size. I called the company to verify how the shoes fit and they were spot on. They can be singed down quite a bit so if your feet are narrow or thin you shouldn’t have a problem with normal sizing. I like the ankle guard on the inside of the shoes. Great shoes!

These are my second pair of Leatts. The rubber sticks to my oneup pedals really well. I love the toe protection and shoe lace keeper. My last pair had over 2500 miles and still held up great. Only replacing because my others were stolen. The fit is spot on and they aren't too narrow. I'm flatfooted and these shoes provide good support. Fully recommend these over the Five Tens.

Impact Pro Replacements

Mine were purchased at the beginning of the 2022 season. I paid dearly for them. Definitely worth the investment. Even better for you at the prices available here. After living the Impact Pro era that was bomber, these are the best that I have found since the good old days. These are not for walking. The toe box promotes trimmed nails. Excellent support for long bomber runs. Paired with modern pedals there is no lack of traction.

Would not recommend them for freeriding

Pros: Great quality; great protection for the insides of your ankles and for your toes (very sturdy construction); it's a great looking shoe (better than anything FiveTen has put out in my opinion); it has a stiff bottom, that does not flex on the pedals, which is a "pro" if you want better arch support from your riding shoe.Cons: The stiff bottom of this shoe prevents it from wrapping around the pedal like the Freeriders. My Freeriders feel like a monkey grabbing a tree branch compared to the way these 3.0's sit on the pedal. The rubber on the 3.0's is no match for the Freeriders with respect to grip. I also find that the pattern on the bottom of the 3.0's makes it more difficult for me to make slight adjustments on the pedal while riding.
