Leatt MTB 3.0 Flat Shoes - Titanium - 9.5

Leatt 3.0 Flat Shoes The Leatt 3.0 Flat is a performance shoe that offers a lot of protection and comfort. Designed for hard enduro and downhill riding, this MTB shoe is also comfortable on and off the bike thanks to the medium stiff sole. This shoe is equipped with the Leatt RideGrip Pro rubber compound, which is softer than the standard RideGrip rubber. This means that the pedal connection is even better and the shoe offers more grip in slippery conditions. The improved WaffleGrip Pro sole pattern is a reverse version of Leatt's WaffleGrip. This allows the short pins to dig deep into the sole and provide great traction off the bike when you need to run. RideGrip PRO compound for improved pedal feel and control. Leatt Lab Compound sole for ultimate bike control. Maximum tear, puncture and abrasion resistance. improved WaffleGrip Pro pattern for enhanced grip on short pins. Mud drainage channels on heel and toe for grip in all weather conditions. Compression laces for secure fit. Ventilation in toe box and sides. Anti-compression EVA midsole for comfort. Active Carbon moisture-wicking, quick-drying, anti-bacterial and anti-odor fabric for comfort and hygiene. Stabilizing neoprene ankle collar.

Lightweight, good looking, wider toe box and good heel retention. I liked the fit as many bike shoes feel too narrow in toe. The problem is the soles are way too soft for my liking. They are on par with my New Balance running shoes (not stiff). It is a personal preference, but I want bike shoes to provide some level of stiffness for pedaling and protection to my feet so I don't break my big toe off in a crash. I could bend these shoes in half with my hands. Did not even try them on the bike. Maybe some people will like them.

I have average feet but due to bunions my Ride Concepts Live wires weren't cutting it anymore. These Leatts are the perfect fit. They aren't super wide but I'd imagine it'll fit like a glove (in a good way) if you have wide feet. To me, the fit is the best part about these shoes. I wish bike shoe companies would make more foot-shaped shoes and not those tapering balerina shoes!I wore them for the first time on an adventure ride that included some steep uphill hike a bike then a MASSIVE (8 miles) double black diamond, full-on tech DH. I hope that goes away as things break in. I can't feel it if I'm not hiking a bunch in these. As far as durability, only time will tell but the build quality looks excellent! I've worn a bunch of 5.10s and these are practically just as grippy in my opinion. These are more comfortable and roomier in the same size. I wore 9.5 five tens, these are 9.5s as well. Awesome shoes!

I have 10 4e feet. I needed a flat pedal shoe wider than 5.10 and RC. I found them in the Leatt. I did size up to an 11 just to give me that little bit extra, but these shoes are great. They offer decent grip, very good comfort, and seem to be very well built. I will say that I need to loosen the top three lace holes every time I take these off or I will not get my foot in when I want to put them back on. That is my only issue with these shoes. I will buy these again.

Good looking middle of the road flat pedal shoe
23 July 2024

These shoes fit true to size. They are a little hard to get on but fit great with plenty of room in the toe box. They feel well made and so far not hot here in southern California weather. The heal strap makes getting them on easier and I like the lace elastic to keep them from getting into the chair or pedal. Decent grip but not as sticky as 5/10.

Great for wide feet.

I have a high arch and wide feet so I have trouble wearing regular non wide shoes. That being said these actually work. If you are looking for a shoe that has a wide toe box and that will accommodate wide feed then these should work for you. They run true to size in length. The sole has excellent grip.

I sized up a half size and the shoes fit perfect. They're stiff, have ample ankle protection, and have a band to hold down your laces. Plus they look rad. Hope they last long!

Nice mtb shoe! Durable and stiff enough to make a difference when pedaling. Quite comfortable and well padded. Discounted price was right to. Very happy with my purchase from Cambria Bike!

My new favorite flats
21 February 2024

I’ve been using clip pedals for decades but decided to switch to flats and started looking for options but wanted a nice looking mid that was comfortable enough to keep all day after a long ride on my new ebike. I feel this are my new favorites and actually went farther and got 2 pairs different colors. Super comfortable and one of the few you can find that still make size 48. The sole is just enough grippy and ample for my large stamp flat pedals.

These seem to be extremely tough. Fit is snug, but that's kind of what you want in this shoe. The fit around the ankle takes some getting used to, so wear some longer socks to give some padding!

Work great for women with wide feet too!
9 July 2024

Got these for my wife as she has wide (hobbit like) feet and struggles with shoes. Went down 1.5 sizes and they fit great. Wide enough toe box that she feels comfortable on a two-hour ride, which is pretty rare for shoes to work for her on the first attempt.
