I have been using the typical red bottles made by this company for almost 10 years and I finally caved in and bought it, the flavor is stronger, more lively. If you eat a lot of stir fry you will notice a difference.. If you're not sure what to do with this sauce try their American website as there is around 200 recipes with incorperated. More than anything treat it as pretty much a ketchup that you have to cook in your stir fries and other asian needs. I've yet to put too much in a recipe.You can do from a basic vegetarian stir fry with bell pepper, brocolli, onions and mushrooms.
