I like this soy sauce as it has a lovely depth of flavour and colour. It seems less watery than some other brands and doesn't have a lot of added ingredients and additives. Would definitely buy this again.

Lovely deep, rich and flavoursome soy sauce. Worked beautifully in a stir-fry and as a dressing. Very enjoyable!
This is really good and full of flavour but without the vingear taste.
A great dark soy sauce which can be used in other dishes apart from Chinese. Add to casseroles, soups and stir fries. It's suitable for vegetarians and is free from MSG.
I use this soy sauce all the time to add to gravy, spaghetti Bol, chilli etc. It?s so tasty and adds a meaty depth to meals even though it?s only soy. Discovered this brand about a year ago and now it?s a regular order. Love it!
This has a real bold flavour, it is very thick and has a good strong taste. Great for stir frys and just adding flavour to most dishes.
Excellent soy sauce, as another reviewer has pointed out, the cancer causing chemical story was from 2001 and the problematic soy sauces contained hydrolysed vegetable protein which this doesn't, so I think that review should be removed for misinformation. The only negative about this soy sauce is that most bottles I have bought including from ocado, have been very short dated, with as few as one to two months on the date. It is only a best before date but I have found it doesn't taste anything like as good once it is past the best before. So I would definitely check the date on the bottle upon delivery.
I tried this for the first time - its rich and tasty, definitely added a good depth of flavour to a stir fry. Its too salty for my taste otherwise Id give it five stars. The bottle seems to leak after each use and leaves a brown ring in the cupboard but it may be a freak bottle. I think I would recommend this if you like a robust flavoured say sauce.
