Love this rug! I was hoping to bring warmth to my floor to ceiling white home and this rug did the trick! It's so cosy and inviting, it makes self isolation that much more comfortable. The orange isn't as vibrant as the image, it's more muted, but still fabulous. Feels good quality under my feet and I haven't experienced shedding. Recommended.

Overall we really like the rug. It took a week and a half to be delivered, but was well packaged and arrived in great condition. It is a bit darker than in the online photos, with the border area being more of a yellow/ green than cream. It isn’t super soft, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I love this rug! The colours within it are rich and have a lovely depth. It crosses over between traditional and modern because of this The sizing is perfect for my lounge. It was delivered within a couple of days, hassle free which was fantastic.

Love our new rug! Colours are not as vibrant as the images but I think that's actually a good thing for our space (see my photos for the rug in natural light and no filters). Very easy to order, arrived quickly and is lovely and soft. Good quality for the price. We also ordered a non-slip mat thing to go under it to stop it moving on our tiles but to be honest I think it would be fine without it.

Very happy with my purchase. Delivery was fast and the price was amazing. I have put two of these runners together down my hallway as it is a long hallway. They have a lovely soft feel under foot and have beautiful colours (maybe a little lighter than the pictures, but not too noticeable). I was going to join them together, but the edges aren't perfectly straight, so it won't look quite right. It still looks good with them slightly apart. I am yet to put backing on them to stop slipping and so the edges will stay down. I would definitely recommend this hall runner.

A liiiiiitle disappointed with this rug tbh. I am normally pretty onto it but this one completely missed the mark. The colours were so much fuller and murkier in real life than on the website. My 8 yr old step son actually commented that it looks like vomit on the floor. I don't know about that :/ he's pretty judgy, but I agree it's not as the photos. too late to return anyhow, on the flip side it does camouflage the kid mess.

Definitely reduced noise

Bought 5m runner to reduce some timber flooring noise and has definitely worked and looks amazing that makes me think should have bought this sooner! Also bought the non slip underlay with it which is doing its job nicely.

I received my Salmon Power Loomed Transitional rug on Christmas Eve. This is the third rug I have purchased and although it has more pink in it than I was expecting, it still fits my guest room well. The other tones are beige and dark blue. From my experience, getting the correct colours when ordering rugs on line is a challenge. The name or description is not always accurate, and the colour and pattern differs depending on the size. Regardless, I am happy with all three of my rugs.

Lovely rug, not great service

Rug is beautifully soft underfoot and flattened out quickly. Heads up that it’s a slightly cooler shade of pink tone overall than the picture.Delivery was a bit of an issue—the driver left it at a neighbouring apartment building despite it being signature required. Lost Design Society customer service didn’t seem to want to help, they just directed me to contact the delivery company which I thought was a poor response given that they contract the company to deliver on their behalf. Luckily I was contacted by the person who it was delivered to.The customer service was disappointing and has put me off purchasing from LDS in future—the rug is great but they’re available elsewhere for similar cost.
