I'm writing on behalf of my son who built this set. He's received a bunch of Lego sets lately and said this one is his favorite. The suspension is cool and can make it up pretty uneven surfaces, the burger on top is super cool because it's so big and the retracting stairs are very innovative. Thanks so much Lego for coming out with something fun AND functional. The only small thing is that it was a touch expensive based on the total number of pieces. Anyways, tons of entertainment value. Hoping more of these will be available in the Creator family so they can be played and displayed as a set.

This is the best Lego set I have ever put together! It's got so much personality and the details are pitch perfect. The build was fun and the chassis suspension and hidden, pull-out stair are innovative and articulate marvelously--the truck has the spongy bounce of a real monster truck! I bought this kit for my 5-year old for Christmas but I will be buying another set just for me to build and keep.

This is a very silly and fun set, featuring a spacious and detailed street vendor monster truck. Everything about this, from the springy suspension up to the burger on the roof was fun to build, looks great, and is fun to play with. Furniture fits neatly into the truck for transport between CIty destinations. Retractable staircase, despite being an OH&S concern for your population of minifigures, is well executed and looks really neat. Another thoughtful touch includes enough ingredients to assemble two burgers. The alternative builds turn out a lot better than the box illustrations would suggest. Great value, lots of fun, highly recommended.
I took a couple of hundred Lego sets for me to write a first review, but this one did it for me. The concept - big wheels, great car model - , the detailed interior, the burger on the roof, and especially the mechanism for the stairs, it's all so fascinating. And very fun to build! Two minor things keep this from a perfect score: 1. it's a Creator set, don't use stickers! and 2. over 10 cents a brick is a bit on the expensive side.
I've wanted to purchase this kit for my husband for awhile now but the $40 price tag was holding me back because I felt pretty sure that he would only be interested in building the Monster Burger Truck rather than the other two creator options. Plus the regular cost of the kit ($40) seems pricey compared with other 3-in-1 Creator Kits. But with Target's special Black Friday sale, I scooped this kit up for the low price of $24.59 Exciting!! I look forward to gifting this at Christmas.
Excellent! Great play value for the money. Child can make 3 separate vehicles. Hours of fun! My grandson made them all and remade the hamburger truck. He added it to his road plates for other vehicles to stop for food and he set up the people and picnic table by the roadside.Excellent creative play after the build, as well!Challenging!
I was first very reluctant about the price, for the images don't give it justice. Then I bought it a on discount. This set is big ! And just a perfect fit in any City MOC. To be honest, I really have nothing negative to say about it. Most of the time, In find that Creator 3in1 sets need some improvements, like if they were specifically designed for younger LEGO fans. But this set need no modification whatsoever. You build it, and you put it directly in your city. A must have, really :)
This. Truck. Is. Ahhhmazing.Very fun and sturdy build. The bouncy suspension was an unexpected surprise--loved VROOOOMing it so much I got scolded by my husband for playing too rough with the lego. Ha! He need not worry though, the squishy wheels are so chonky that this mobile restuarant will always stay upright.Loved the little dog too.
Who has ever heard of a monster burger truck? I haven't, but now I kind of wish the real thing existed!This set is unique, creative, detailed, and had a couple of clever features. It has a really slick hide-away staircase and inventive suspension. The interior is detailed and I like that it comes with table, chairs, a burger, dog, and two minifigs to complete the scene.The monster burger truck is the main and best build, but alternate builds are also enjoyable, especially the tractor pull. Again, unique and not likely to be seen again, so get yours!
