I saw this at a local toy store and just had to buy it for myself. The theme is so great and the set includes great pieces (roller coaster tracks, red light brick). The building experience was enjoyable and not too technical and I can imagine a 10 year old having great fun building and playing with this set. I made the first version of the set but the other two variations look great as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Better than expected

I liked the look of this set which is why I got it. I wanted to get it for the roller coaster. It was a lot of fun to build and watch it come together. It was definitely bigger than I was expecting and great looking once finished. The cars move on the tracks smoothly and the small details like the hidden camera really add to the fun. This isn’t a typical set that I would get but it looked fun. I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to the next roller coaster build.

Fun first big project

This has been an amazing family project for everyone. My kiddos are turning 9 and have yet to finish a complete lego set themselves but man were they ecstatic about this one. Took a few days to put together as we do one section at a time, which made perfect. Instructions were super easy to understand. The entire set up now is super fun to look at and play with. We all love everything about it and the kiddos already have something up their sleeve to reinvent some new pieces to go with it. Their imagination definitely opened up with this set and I couldn't be happier.

Great Addition to the Fairground

I bought the Pirate Roller Coaster years ago, and I'm so happy to have another ride to add to it. My husband and I built this using the build together instructions in the app, then our daughter played with it once it was all built. So far we've only assembled it in roller coaster form, but I do love the alternate builds of these 3-in-1 sets, so one of these days we'll get around to trying out the other builds.I guess I never read the description before buying, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the light function brick and the glow-in-the-dark tiles! It makes me even more excited to see how they're used in the other builds.

Great for Fun Hands on play!

This is an awesome construction set! my grandson is 10 years old and absolutely loves Legos. That being said he also likes electronics and video games more most of the time but, Legos can get him to actually turn off his electronics and do some Hands-On play and use his imagination which to me is wonderful! plus this works out well for grandparents so they can do some interactive play with their grandchildren when it's too hard for us to get up and down off the floor or run around outside!

Great set for my amusement park!

I was looking for a roller coaster to add to the amusement park (mostly Lego sets, but some MOCs) that I'm building, and I refuse to pay over $200 for a set (with VERY few exceptions). So this set was a good fit. I initially thought that I would trade out the "space" components of this set for something else (Christmas, maybe?), but once I had it all built, I'm kind of rethinking that idea. The ONLY drawback to this set, in my opinion, is that there's no mechanism to move the coaster cars to the top of the ride - manual movement only. 😔I highly recommend this set!

Incredible set!

The Space Roller Coaster is an incredible Lego set! My 12 year old daughter loves Legos and enjoys longer builds. This build took her about 2.5 hours to build the roller coaster. She has since torn down the coaster and built the drop tower. She has yet to build the carousel, but that will be next on his list of builds. I really enjoy the lego set is a 3-n-1 set; however, it would be nice if there were enough Legos to build all 3 sets without having to tear another down. This set is really cool and we have enjoyed all of the details of the coaster and drop tower. Overall, I would most certainly recommend this Lego set!

Just WOW

This set is the BEST! We love the 3-in-1 Lego sets already, so this one is fantastic! Our 5 year old loves building roller coasters at LegoLand, so this was his favorite set, especially since he can also build space shuttles, too. By far our favorite set yet. Some parts of these sets need a little help from an adult/older child, but our 5 year old can handle the majority of it himself.

Out of this World

Somehow when I bought this set, I overlooked that the space toddler was included. I only realized it when I saw him in the instructions. I opened the bag, and there he was! I have not been that excited since I was much, much younger. The little one in his little space suit brings me so much joy.For my build, I went with the main roller coaster. While this set is not exceedingly complex, the space elements are charming and well executed, making the build pretty fun and engaging. It is cool that the roller coaster actually coasts pretty well on the tracks, and I would love to see a Powered Up version in action. If I were a Minifigure, I would definitely want to go for a ride. So being a 3 in 1 set i actually bought more than 1. I have a lego theme park with loads of rides and attractions from over the years so a "space zone" was required and over-due. The Roller-coaster as the main set it visually a striking set, the little features of the light brick meteor and the garden capsule on the space base are really nice touches. Visually looks great. For play, the Roller-coaster is fun, i do like the little side rocket ride for the space baby ... great touch. The other builds are also great, the drop ride is really fun and looks really neat and the 3rd ufo ride is also fun to play with. Loved the builds, love the visual in the wider theme park and great mini-fig additions to the wider collective, who doesnt love a space baby (or 3)
