This is my honest opinion- this airplane was definitely the greatest set we own. My kids cannot leave the set for more than a minute. It’s so interactive with the luggage carriers, the steps the passengers and more. We are thrilled to have added this set to our large collection and we all voted that this one is by far the best LEGO set we own. Thank you to the LEGO team

Growing up, I always wanted the big airport sets with the large airplanes, but I never got one. So, when I first saw this teased, I just knew I had to have it. Something about the clean look of the plane and the V-tail just made it look cool, and the ground support vehicles were a bonus.Certainly, I have built more involved sets, but sometimes its nice to have a build that is just straightforward and ends with a fun set. And thanks to a freely rotating nose-gear assembly, you can realistically "tug" the airplane around your airport. The little automated ground transport vehicle is also nicely designed, and can fit multiple figs.If I were going to have any minor critiques, it would be that there is no lift for the baggage container from the cart to the plane, and the catering lift is a bit wobbly.But overall, I can absolutely recommend this set!

I had this set for my son's 10th birthday. It was all he was waiting for: great fun to built, with all awesome details (toilet rocks) - took him roughly four hours to build (yeah, plenty of snack breaks...). Great set to add to his City collection, awesome centerpiece to any airport-themed build.

I’m glad that this plane didn’t come with a horrible little airport terminal/building and just focused on the plane (plus the logistics). Not a fan of the rear angled stabilisers but it’s an easy fix with an addition of a rudder piece found on Bricklink. More seating inside the plane would have been welcomed but overall, it’s a great set.
This lego set is very fun to put together and play with. It comes with many different accessories, lego figures, and the plane of course. One thing we would have loved to see if a little more detail in the engine, and overall of the plane. Using the interactive instructions were very neat, being able to zoom in on the pieces and area that the pieces go proved to be very helpful. This plane set is more for a display look, although can be used for imaginative play, since there are a lot of little pieces make sure to keep the instructions to piece it back together if needed. This set does provide hours of imaginative play, and bonding time while assembling. Our kids love the set, and have fun flying the figures around, as well as setting up an airport base.
My family spent the evening putting this Lego airplane set together and we had such a fun time. This was my first time doing a Lego kit and it was a blast! The kit is broken down into multiple bags for each section and each section has its own instruction building book. The instructions were so easy to follow that even our young children could build just by looking at the pictures. The set itself is very cool to look at once completed. The detail really blew me away. I really thought it was neat that a lot of the pieces create a functional product, such as doors that open on the vehicles. The only complaint I have is that the kit doesn't include any type of storage bag for when you want to disassemble it. It really is a lot of fun. Long story short: opened the box to find out the wings and fuselage are all one piece like Duplo (not Lego built) but without the structural reinforcement of Duplo. One of the wings was bent about 10° while the port wing was bent so badly it has a 1cm crack in it as well. It is disappointing to pay over $100 for a poorly designed, broken product. If you're going to utilize such large flimsy pieces, there has to be a better way of packaging them other than smashing them into the boxes with the loose bags. Will be returning to the store. Very disappointing.
When I first got this set, I was astonished by the fact that.. it was a plane. Building the alternative items were great and building the plane was great too! Playing with it had no limits with this set and I would definitely recommend it! The only con, is that I don’t really like the V-shaped tail. Overall, a very nice thing.
Love the look and overall build of the airplane. The other builds associated with it have great playability, but the airplane tends to fall apart when you try and open its doors/you have to dismantle it to get people sitting inside etc. A hinged lid and a better quality door for passengers to get in and out of the plane would make this very cool.
