The Helicopter blades can rotate by turning the knob at the back of the craft. The second most lovable part of this set is the Gorillas!!! In 2017 Lego released several Jungle themed sets, but most lacked the Jungle (Tropical Rain forest) animals that make this set so playable. I have two granddaughters and they love the animals most. I really think this kit is worth the money.

I like the concept for this set. I like the way the propeller mechanics work. I like the storage space in the helicopter. My issue is is with the minifigs, they dont look like a jungle explorers because they dont have human proportions. At this point I feel like they just drive up the cost of the set. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the set. would recommend.

I got all the sets in this sub theme and this brought me back when I was a kid playing with Johnny thunder and the adventurer gang all over again but which more wholesome which isn’t a bad thing but I do miss the old classic 1920’s style. These sets also have adventurers hunts in it like how you need to collect every set to complete a big map of the whole jungle which is a nice attention to detail. My son is 9 and loved this. He was able to do it on his own and it kept his interest! He enjoyed the smaller set to start off and then did the helicopter after. He has it on display now and it seems to want to keep it safe versus playing with it. But he plays with other parts and the characters!!
