The Lego Imperial Star Destroyer is awesome. It kept my son almost 4 hours to build it and my son really loves it. There is an exclusive figures in this set. He said this mini figure has a special design (color ) in the hand. The product is so well designed. It is a little bigger than first thought . It is very sturdy, the folding/unfolding panels work smoothly beautifully. There is a clever hidden to handle and carry a whole ship. The interior is fitted out for a few scenes with control screen, dock. There are 2 shooters on the side. But the shooter is small and thin. Once you shoot , it is hard to find it. If compare to other star wars lego set I didnât feel like it was overpriced. The first thing I can say about this set is WOW! The bridge/command superstructure looks incredible, and was so fun to build. The entirety of the exterior looks like a UCS set, even with the turbolaser builds. I love the return of the synchronized turrets from the 2014 model. The hidden handle is nice in the fact that it can be hidden from view for display, and easily accessible for play. The interior has so many little details including (many) stickered details. The âholographicâ table showcasing a battle is such a unique idea, and the small MSE droid hidden in the corner. The other battle displays are easily removable to create your own command center for play, which is such a cool thing. The bridge section at the front is tight, and is a little disappointing that ... MoreThe first thing I can say about this set is WOW! The bridge section at the front is tight, and is a little disappointing that you canât have a figure standing in the middle while the ship is closed up, but itâs a sacrifice that Iâm willing to take. The minifigures are top of the line. Vader having arm prints is great to see. The four unnamed characters are perfect for filling out the ship, and are excellent additions to any imperial armies. Commander praji was an interesting choice, but itâs good to have to different ranks for imperial officers. Cal Kestis being the 25th anniversary fig seems like a great choice, and Iâm glad that he doesnât have a large 25 print on his back like the 20th anniversary figs did. Overall, this set is the perfect mix of play and display, and even with the large use of stickers, itâs a fantastic set worth every penny.

It is incredibly well-designed. The build process is easy and simple. The final build is extraordinarily sturdy, especially compared to past playset ISD's. You could hold this with one hand and swoosh it around: something impossible on the older ones. It is very stable and secure. The play features are well-made, making use of all available space: no area is 'wasted' in its design. Even the back of the command bridge opens up to store extra launcher projectiles or mini-figure accessories. The figure selection is good, all of them looking good or great.Visually, it is very clean for a set of this size, looking very nice from almost any angle. It certainly looks a lot better in person than in photos. In terms of price, if you account for inflation, it's actually ... MoreIt is incredibly well-designed. The build process is easy and simple. I don't see it as egregious or too much for a large playset, and with how well built it is on top of having great playability and good figure selection, I think it's well worth it if you can afford it.

Getting this felt like a lot of nostalgia from watching the original trilogy. The only bad thing about it is the stormtrooper mini figure, which looks really really wierd compared to old ones (I have attached an image with the old stormtrooper on the left and this one on the right). Apart from that, itâs perfect. All of it is loads of fun to build. I honestly think that itâs worth the price. The interior is enormous and the best interior of any Lego set ever. Itâs also a lot larger and more accurate than the pictures make it look. Play features work really well, itâs very sturdy and strong, and on top of all that there is a great cal Kestis from Jedi fallen order! Go and buy this set right now :D
So the set is good , really good tbh .The build is good & study . Though your building a mirror image of either side . I would not say itâs repetitive & still fun to build . It ticks both boxes of display , as itâs a smaller scale it fits if space is at a premium. For play ( I guess ) as it fully opens thereâs plenty of play space . Just a shame thereâs a lack of mini figs to play with .However it does seem Star Wars series is the most expensive price per piece / mini fig count compared to the other LEGO series .My advice wait till the price drops by 20%+ ( It will do đđť)
My jaw dropped when this set was announced. I've wanted Lego to make another play scale star destroyer for three years and it was everything I wanted and more. Never thought a 1500 piece set could be so cram packed with details and play features while still looking awesome on the outside. Plus the Cal Kestis which I've been trying to make custom for 2 years and I am not disappointed. This is worth the money. If you have watched empire strikes back, you will not regret buying this set. I promise.
As a lifelong LEGO fan and a Star Wars geek, the Imperial Star Destroyer was so much fun to build! Cal Kestis from the games is included as a minifigure â how awesome is that?Coming in at 4,700 pieces means this is a large Lego set. Small enough to use as a play set , but still massive! This thing dominates my display shelf!Being so large the set can be a bit of a challenge but the instructions are super clear making it more fun than frustrating. I was hooked the whole time! The packaging and durability is perfect, just as expected from Lego!Overall, a total win. Whether you're a seasoned LEGO builder or a Star Wars fan looking for a killer display piece, you wonât be disappointed. And seriously, Cal Kestis just makes it that much cooler!
WOW! What an amazing product to test. Who doesnât love âĽď¸ LEGO. I was delighted to receive this from Influenster and review. Super excited when this was delivered. Much bigger than I thought it was. Itâs huge! Pictures donât do this justice. Was packaged safely. My 11 year old nephew is absolutely crazy mad with Star Wars and so is my partner. This is a special 25 years of Lego Star Wars box. Including an exclusive Cal Kestis figurine. Age on box states 10years + and perfectly so. I wouldnât recommend for younger kids as contains very small parts. Iâm still in the mist of putting this together so will update with more pictures when compete. This would be an amazing gift for a Star Wars fan or for yourself as a collector. This will bring many hours of great fun. ... MoreWOW! What an amazing product to test. Who doesnât love âĽď¸ LEGO. After years of waiting we finally have Cal Kestis! Stellar printing all-around. This will surely be sought after figure for years to come. Wish list items like his poncho and/or BD-1 are oddly missing, those are the only issue I have with it. Missing things aside, this is a top-tier minifigure for the year (up there with Malak, Thrawn and Ahsoka). If this set and Cal do well I could see us receiving another iteration of a Cal figure in 2025 perhaps in a battle pack form or maybe in a long awaited and highly desired Stinger Mantis build.Really liked this Star Destroyer build more than I expected to and was very pleased with the finished product! Loads of details in intricate spaces helped make the build an enjoyable process and once completed it speaks for itself. ... MoreAfter years of waiting we finally have Cal Kestis! The set displays very well and the interior boasts more details than I thought could be squeezed in to the smaller scale, but Lego really made it work and their effort should be applauded!Overall; with the figure lineup, display quality and play features, this a better than expected set that I fully recommend. Price may be slightly high, but the only deduction for me is the omission of Calâs poncho and his trusted pal BD-1
