I bought this set without planning to, but I couldn't be happier with the build and play experience that my $10 bought. The mech is very posable and emotive. The hands are a fun feature, with the gauntlet hand being so large, it allows for grabbing an entire minifigure! Thanos is also a very cool fig, and I especially love the pearl-gold helmet.

Let's address the elephant in the room - why, oh why, would Thanos need a Mech Suit? I still can't figure out why one is necessary but this build made me happy, it really does look great built and the build itself was fun. Yes, there is some repetitive build technique as the hands etc. are all fashioned in the same way. I think the colour for me was a big selling point, you don't see much in the gold tones so it does immediately attract you for that if nothing else.For the price point the size is pretty good and certainly better value than I expected - from a play and display point of view. In an alternate universe where Thanos is tiny, it makes sense that he would build himself a giant mech suit.It's an enjoyable build and finished product. The fingers constantly popping off is a little annoying, but hey, I get it.I'd still recommend this for the price and a great toy for any kiddos.
