I had bought some of these at another store and they r great. Was soooo happy to see walmart had them bc I wanted to get more of them. I do not use them for legos though. If u r an organized mom that is tired of your kids clutter these r for u. My little has containers of little people figures and just small figures in general and iy was becoming an eye sore to look at. So now they hide tucked away in these and the best part is they stack so it now looks like a lego wall along the wall of the playroom. Soooo much better and she thinks it is the coolest.

Obviously the ones in the picture are the blue Lego storage containers. Absolutely love these storage containers. They’re perfect not only for Legos but for anything else too, especially if you have a game themed game room. The durability quality of the build is very sturdy, so much so that a kid can actually stand on it. Not sure about a full grown adult though, I wouldn’t try it. Design is fleek and looks like a giant Lego. I bet if you bought about 10 to 20 of them, You can build yourself something out of it as well. Five out of five stars for the unique design storage container by Lego.

Not only is spacious enough to hold a large number of bricks, but it also adds a fun, playful touch to my room. The brick design is sturdy and stackable, making it both practical and visually appealing. If you're looking for a stylish and effective way to store your LEGO pieces, this is definitely the way to go!

Cutest storage drawers
3 February 2023

First off, let's take in the beauty of this light blue / teal. Love it!!! It is a sizeable unit, which is what I wanted. I am thinking about getting a few more (if they are restocked). I would have bought two at the same time, if it hadn't of been for the price. I wanted to get one first, see what it was like, the quality, etc. before committing to a second one. Lego, more storage / things in this light teal and the Azure colour, please :)

Giving to the kiddos
26 September 2024

I bought the box of bricks as a gift for a friend who is a teacher. Her students LOVE them and when she left the profession a few years ago she gave all her Legos to one of her students at the time. She has since returned to teaching and one of her current students is friends with the boy she gave them to years ago. He talks about her all the time and still plays with those Legos. She uses the Legos as a reward for the kids. She didn’t ask for them this year on her “wishlist” but I knew she didn’t have any. Thought I’d surprise her and the kiddos.

Good deal but a double edged sword for builders

Getting back into Lego, most of what I have are sets so this is my first foray back into free-building sets. So my review is in that regards, adult builder starting out into free building.Lots of pieces, the presentation upon opening is really nice, color sorted into bags. The box is OK, wish it was thicker and less flexy but luckily the handles are in the box, not the lid. This seems like a really good gift though as all the pieces would compliment an existing Lego collection. My main issue is you can't build much with the pieces if it's all you really have, you get tons of colors and types of pieces but few of each, usually two. You kinda need two of these to get enough to even start free building anything that doesn't look mismatched. Fine for a kid but for an ... MoreGetting back into Lego, most of what I have are sets so this is my first foray back into free-building sets. Great little boxes but are not stackable
4 November 2022

These mini boxes and the classic boxes are great products. They are wonderful for displaying as well. Unfortunately, I bought them to stack and create a small display wall of mini box bricks and they are not stackable. The description says they are connectable with other mini boxes just as regular LEGO are; however, these don’t connect to one another. That’s the only reason for the not-perfect review.

Great product

Extremely pleased with this. I mulled over whether to purchase this as I could quite easily have just stored my granddaughters Lego in a basis clear/coloured container but I decided to purchase the pink Lego storage box option. It was on offer so this swayed me slightly more.I had read various reviews and as soon as it arrived I lined the bottom of the box with clear sticky back plastic to avoid the smaller Lego pieces dropping into the grooves in the base. You cannot even see the sticky back plastic so if it saves someone getting frustrated from trying to retrieve a tiny piece of Lego easily rather than having to tip the whole amount out it was worth the slightly fiddly job.The box itself seems very sturdy and the overlapping lid that goes completely over the ... MoreExtremely pleased with this. It was a genuine Lego product packaged in a branded Lego cardboard sleeve. It will be easy to keep clean and looks even ok in the lounge when not in use.It stored her Gabby Lego made up pieces easily and others as well. It's not too heavy empty and has a nice shiny outer pink walls.Maybe a little expensive but hopefully will not crack and will last longer than the cheaper alternatives.Maybe a safe further tip: I purchased 50 x vegetable / fruit netting white reusable fresh product bags to store the various different coloured Lego bricks in. It saves hours of trying to find certain coloured sized pieces especially when Lego has been broken up and you want to remake the item. They are safer than plastic bags so you can leave them with the children. The children also put the made up pieces in them and draw the string and put them in the box to keep them altogether . Also great to keep the manuals in. I also keep jigsaw puzzles in them.

Inefficient storage solution
17 August 2023

Firstly, lego has designed a connectable storage solution where you buy different large bricks and stack them. Some have drawers, some don't; some large large boxes (like this), some are smaller boxes (ie half the size).I think all of that is great. If you are after a very large scale storage solution and intend to buy loads of these, you will love them. However, if you are after a practical solution for a volume of lego that will fit eg a small bin then you will most likely be looking for the best volume of storage, as I was.I saw these in the London store and you can't open them to see inside. The way they are packaged is that the wrapping card goes all the way around, so you can't see inside or underneath the box. The underneath is also not photographed on ... MoreFirstly, lego has designed a connectable storage solution where you buy different large bricks and stack them. The way they are packaged is that the wrapping card goes all the way around, so you can't see inside or underneath the box. The underneath is also not photographed on the site. This is unfortunate as, I think, the dimensions stated are not relevant to the storage volume these offer. The floor of the box is raised inside, so about 20% of the box's storage volume is lost. Then. you have the 8 bumps at the top, which are empty inside and cannot be use for storage. So, all in all, you lose a large amount of storage space to this stackable feature. If that's your thing, fine. If not, these boxes offer really poor storage volume.I have attached pictures showing the bottom and the top of the box. Finally, inside, the bottom has a small crevices which means that 1x1 pieces will get stuck down there and have to be removed by a flat screwdriver. They can't be removed with fingers or by children.I think the stackable feature is great but I cannot understand why such a poor design was used for the floor, which gets parts stuck and the storage generally. Unless you want to use these primarily for decoration then I would not recommend these for storage at all. There are many better options for storing lego which waste far less space.

Satisfactorily impressed
26 December 2023

For those of you who, like me, remember the old Lego suitcase storage container and wonder if this new one is in any way comparable, I can honestly say I was very pleased with the plastic quality and design. It is cute, the lid comes off very well and it has a lot of space. As has been noted in other reviews on this product, there are three round recesses in bottom of the container, just large enough to trap and hold the smallest Lego pieces. The stacking design to the bottom also takes up a bit of space, so the whole of its height is not available for storage.
