I picked this mech up for a rainy day build and it was a lot of fun to put together! The Minifigures are phenomenal as well, with the scuba Lloyd and snake person (?) really looking next level. This Lego set has the best colors; really sophisticated. I bought it for my grandsons birthday and he assembled it that evening. He is 8 years old, it’s so amazing to look at the quality and design of it and for right now he won’t let anyone touch it!

My 7yr old is a big Ninjago, he was delighted to receive this set. We love Logo and have many different sets but this is definitely one of the favourites.He likes that it is different to any of the sets he has had before. The dragon figure is so cool.It took him approximately 90 minutes to build it total and needed minimal assistance. It gave challenge but not so that it was too difficult and he was unable to complete it or lost interest. For 20 bucks, this is a pretty serviceable mech. You get plenty of value, the minifigs are great, and this was one of the most unique looking mechs I've ever seen. The only problems are that the mech feels really bare, in many places it feels like a skeleton, as if the designers forgot to include plating or pieces to give it more girth. Also, the feet are pretty fragile, they come apart too easily. Again, for only 20 bucks you get your money's worth, the problem is I've seen Ninjago make $20 mechs before that feel bulkier and more stable.
My kids are so pleased with this set. It is from a awesome new range, that merges physical bricks with the great range of TV shows and movie- Ninjago.This playset is so much fun. The set was straight forward to build , I had to help them a few times , but the instruction booklet was incredibly clear and each step was carefully shown. I think even beginner builders would have no trouble building this model.The final dragon absolutely exceed their expectations , very bright colours too. When built, the dragon is bigger than expected from the size of the box.The structure is quite sturdy , so doesnt fall appart every time you pick it up.A Perfect set for Lego Ninjago fans !
This is a great set for $20, beautiful minifigs, cool design and stickers and fun build. This set is only held back by its fragility. There are numerous light connections that’s can’t handle more than the lightest play. Still a good buy.
Got this for my seven year old son who is really enjoying building with Lego at the moment.Seemed like a challenging little kit at first but by the time he had gotten stuck into it he had pretty much finished. Required very little guidance from me which was good. I would imagine a newby lego builder may find it difficult with the small pieces of lego. But if your kids had some experience with Lego in the past then this is a great little set to get them flying solo.Ninja-go sets are also really attractive too. Looks great in the display cabinet.
My son is obsessed with Ninjago. He loved this set and I loved the price. Easy for him to open the packaging and assemble it. He has since made similar Mechs using pieces he already had, using the instructions as a guide.

This set is a good value for what you get. The mech itself is very detailed and well constructed. The joints on the feet and arms work very well and the color detailing and unique piece choices really make this set pop. I also think the minifigures are well done and cool.
