I thoroughly enjoyed this build. The head looks a bit weird, but the build was enjoyable and not difficult. It reminded me of the R2D2 build with a similar number of pieces. Once built, it doesn't really move, so it's more of a decorative piece for a collector. I definitely recommend it.

This is a fun lego set to build. The nose section can be alittle flimsy where its interlocked. But everything else is good.
Really enjoyed this set. I went bananas so I built it in 48 hours. Displays well. No complaints at all.
This is a great set, and the completed model looks terrific. However, be warned: the different shades of brown will definitely test your eyesight and attention span!
Honestly this set is a miss, while the concept was a good idea the execution was not the best. The build experience is very boring and repetitive. Not an enjoyable set to build at all! Also, Chewbacca's face gives early Lego 2000's vibes with how bad it looks! 2/10; would not recommend :(
There are 3 missing parts. Very Frustrating! then the Blue lego on the LEFT shoulder top but can be seen behind the arm, BLUE? lastly under the nose is not attached very well or supported and comes loose and falls out. this is not my favorite. I will have to wait for parts to come.
I've seen a lot of backlash about this set online and though I can get behind some of the opinions. Especially the lack of something in the back(if you know what I mean), like Lego statues of Chewbacca have had in the past. Chewbacca is one of my favorite Star Wars characters and I love how he was represented in this set. The designer of this set did a great job at making him look nice and hairy and I had a great time building it.
Do you think lego could do a alternate build on head and face with the remaining pieces of the hole head. And post it on lego website or a rebuild kit with remaining pieces and with more pieces. The body part is really good. The head face just horrible sorry
