My grandson loved building this model but there we were disappointed to find that there was a small piece missing. We searched everywhere but the piece was definitely missing.
I found that the orange red color made my eyes go funny so i did not like the color choice. But the amount of moving parts could have been higher but there is still quite a few also i found that the steering mechanism didnt work for mine. also the mechanisms are fake and it doesnt float.
Looks fantastic and a good price. Only suggestion I would like to make is to put it in a much smaller package for posting. The box was enormous and full of filler to pack it out.

The pieces can be a little tight to slide together, and it takes a little skill and strength to line up the parts when putting pins through multiple holes as required, but overall it was a great build.The end result is an awesome vehicle with a lot of cool features, a good size, and a price that doesn't break the bank! I definitely recommend this set!
I bought this model for a different Technic experience. It was good fun to build.The build is sturdy and is a good toy to play with as it has movable parts that are visible during play.If this came in red, black, blue, white, purple or green then it would have been perfect.
Bought this for grandson on a 3 day visit. I build mega-technic models, so was able to help him when he asked. Unfortunately, on one occasion, I couldn’t see where he’d gone wrong and he left unhappily with an incomplete model. This niggled me so much, I just had to buy another one and build it for myself. It was only then, that I could see the problem.However, in doing the build myself, I was surprised at how clever this simple little model is, how playable and just how good at teaching kids about engineering, gearing and mechanics. Highly recommended.
