The models of the 42 HD-Plus series are almost as handy as the 32 models and are designed for comfortable and ergonomic handling. The binoculars lie non-slip in the hand. In terms of luminous intensity, they are hardly inferior to the larger 50 series models, and the new coating method and special HT glass from Schott guarantee higher transmission. The image is brighter and the contrast spectrum is greater. Despite their compactness, these binoculars have high light reserves for poor visibility conditions. The Leica Ultravid 42 HD-Plus binoculars are available with magnifications of 7x, 8x and 10x.
