I would stay away from this brand. They are TERRIBLE at trying to help you with warranty. Galaxus was GREAT in helping me sort the order and send the item back + feedback all the time on how the process was going but the Manufacturer Lelit was SIMPLY DISSAPOINTING. They claim to offer high quality but it does not perform as promised. On top of things, when I sent the item back to a check up under warranty, they sent it back all DIRTY, in a USED bag full of water residues and food!!! not cleaned and with NO report to explain what was the thing done to the machine. On top of that, the Manufacturer simply did not want to commit to anyhting and was always sending terrible answers to my emails requesting help.STAY AWAY FROM LELIT!!! it is NOT WORTH.... rather have a ...
