One-week review. I have owned both the Lelit Biance 2021 AND the Profitec Pro 700 v2, so this will be mainly in comparison to that machine.Pro’s:- Overall great machine, no doubt about that. They really thought about a lot of things with this machine.- Great overall polished look, no imperfections in the polish itself- Outstanding steaming performance, over 2-bar pressure, and over 133 degrees Celsius (maxes at around 136, compared to about 133 on the Profitec, at 2-bar max)- 4-hole steam tip, really takes steaming to another level with that high pressure- Amazing quality, heavy, full solid metal 58.55mm tamper. Probably the best tamper I have ever used in my opinion. Really outstanding. Also stamped with the size measurement and Lelit’s logo. Very premium.- Built-in flow control (BIG FEATURE)- I have found the machine to be MUCH quieter than the Profitec (the pump).- Bottomless portafilter (love it!)- The spout on the double portafilter face forward, instead of to the side. Very unique, slick, and smart design. First time seeing this. And the portafilters are stamped with Lelit’s logo. Very premium and high quality. Even the spout is finished to the same degree and quality as the rest of the metal on the portafilter.- The portafilter stands level and straight on the counter, not slanted light the Profitec. Compares to the ECM portafilter which is almost a thousand dollars more expensive before tax.- Hardwood walnut accents, including the feet. ECM charge $600 plus tax for this set, without the feet.- The flow control device doesn’t have too many turns like the devices you can install on a Profitec or ECM, just ~180 degrees, which I think is better- The LCC screen is very good, a bit more high-tech than the Profitec. It has proper temperature readings (instead of the weird decimals on the Profitec), displays icons / pictures, etc.- The on/off button is a very elegant looking button that lights up. Much better than the old flip switch with red/green lights on the Profitec, which look very old / outdated.- The water tank is separate from the machine. This means it is easier to refill without having to remove the cupwarmer tray. And I also feel better about it being further away and not exposed to the boilers. You can also choose to mount it on either side of the machine.- Drip tray drain tube included in the box (not just water plum-in line)- Includes water softner in the boxCons:- Does not go on sale (not included in the “we pay the tax” deal) unfortunately. This is by-far, the biggest flaw of this brand / machine in my opinion. If this was on sale, it would destroy Profitec sales in my prediction. But I understand why it doesn’t. margins are very slim on this in comparison, and it already comes with a lot of things out-the-box.- Overall quality and fit is debatable. Although the finish and polish are outstanding, the fit isn’t. there are some panel gaps, and you can see some tabs where the panels meet in certain points. There are sharp edges at the bottom of the machine so when I was carrying it out of the box and moving it around on my countertop I cut myself.- It is relatively smaller in size. Although this can be a pro or a con. Pro if you don’t want something that will take up as much space. Con because in my opinion it doesn’t look as ‘grand’ or as ‘expensive’ when it sits next to the big boys. If im spending 5 grand, I want it to look as big and scary as the others. It looks like a baby compared to them in my opinion, and i don’t like that.- The drip tray and cupriser look absolutely HIDIOUS in my opinion. Much prefer the look of the laser cut tray of the Profitec with the “P” etched into the metal. Great touch.-Really cannot think of any other faults.Verdict:Great machine, however, I did end up returning it and kept the Profitec, for the sole reason that the Profitec was on sale. Although I ended up paying the same cash at the end of the day (Biance after tax costs almost the same as the Profitec before tax), I did not want to pay money that went towards the tax, and chose to keep the Profitec because I am ‘getting a deal’ on it. Had the Lelit been included in the sale, I would have definitely kept it over the Profitec.Bad news: I cannot tell you which one to go for, as I was torn myself, but I would definitely buy the Lelit again in a heartbeat, if it was on sale.

Clean simple easy and consistent. Reservoir movable is great. All the features ever wanted or needed. Fun to use every day. Makes good espresso and fun to experiment with flow control. Made to be the only choice at its price point with the reservoir movability. The only things it is missing is a built in scale and output programmability. It feels like a machine that will last and is repairable. I have no regrets. Clive's responsiveness to questions also has been good. I chose this machine after countless hours on forums and watching videos about dozens of machines.

We love it and I will highly recommend it to anyone willing to spend the money on it.

This machine is incredible. It comes wonderfully packed and with all the necessary plumbing to connect to your house main.Bianca is so quiet! It makes my quiet grinder sound as loud as a freight train. Obviously, the looks are amazing.Operating the machine is a charm. It is very user friendly and all knobs and levers are extremely smooth and precise.I am still in the process of learning and tuning my extraction, but so far, it unsurprisingly makes great coffee.Frothing wand comes with two spouts: a 2 holes or a 4 holes, this it thoughtful.Idrinkcoffee.com has provided super fast shipping and outstanding customer service.5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Latest V3 with a discount
23 August 2022

Upgraded from a rocket appartamento and was considering a dual boiler machine and bianca came into the picture. With the civic day discount, managed to score a pretty good deal.Waited for an extra day for delivery but machine was very well packed with plenty of protective foam. Lelit is generous with their accessories tool, from single, dual basket portafilter and even a bottomless portafilter.Using it was easy with the guides in youtube and the features that come with it especially the new electronic low flow is worth exploring for every espresso lover! Overall satisfied buyer!

Absolutely love this machine. Chris was great, pre-tested, packaged like it was his baby, arrived rapidly, and easy to setup (didn't need to plumb, and can move water tank location to suit). Been driving it for a month now, great quality and design. I mainly make espressos, and here are some keys points I value in this machine:1) pre-infushion,2) shot timer,3) rotary pump,4) two boilers, I mostly keep the steam boiler off unless somebody wants a cap (quick warm up),5) especially the group head pressure gauge,6) love the flow paddle for light roasts,7) conveniences of commercial machines considered in design,8) adjustable water and steam temp.I've been pulling levers at home for while now, but this machine looks great, and always performs. The LeLit Bianca is legit! Superb machine!!
31 January 2022

Having owned many espresso machines, all purchased used and reconditioned myself, it was time to get a dual boiler machine. Through this experience I learned a lot about machine designs, and what aspects of this could cause problems as machines age. As a design engineer looking for a new machine to last us for many years I looked for many things, but smart design was top on my list! The small things can often be the things that make a huge difference, and this is why the LeLit caught my attention. Having delved into literally dozens of machines, I was looking for features like the placement of components that could be damaged by heat or moisture to ensure lower likelihood of problems. So when I saw that LeLit had designed the steam expansion relief valve to exhaust through the post shot pressure relief solenoid - outside the machine as opposed to 'under the hood' as most machines do - this is an excellent example of intelligent design! Also, the placement of the PID/control display is located lower down and as far as possible from the boilers, another example of intelligent design. The flow control lever, the shot timer, even the nice raised shot cup grille are all little design feature which for me added up to a machine that really did achieve the best total package, with the icing on the cake being the beautiful finish contrasting the polished stainless with the lovely wood control handles and feet!Five stars for both, and a big thank you to Chris' Coffee!!

This is my first machine so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but a friend has an ECM Synchronika that I used for about a month while our families podded up a few months into the pandemic. They are both beautiful, well-engineered and make delicious shots. I had limited overhead space and wasn't ready to commit to a direct plumb setup, so the Bianca was a better choice for my space. I love that the reservoir is external and it was very useful that I could move it to whichever side of the machine I wanted given my limited counter space. I can also make decent use of the cup warmer on top even with the machine under my cabinets given the size.I've done some dabbling in flow profiling as well, and I have been able to taste the difference in various profiles with ... MoreThis is my first machine so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but a friend has an ECM Synchronika that I used for about a month while our families podded up a few months into the pandemic. They are both beautiful, well-engineered and make delicious shots. In some ways, I preferred the levers on the ECM to the knobs on the Bianca, but the difference is minor, but I also feel like I have more control over steam pressure than I did with the levers.

This is my second machine
6 July 2022

This is my second machine from Clive Coffee. When we bought a vacation home I couldn’t live without one. Our first machine is a Lucca M58 and it’s fantastic. But this is a big upgrade from my M58 and we love it. My favorite part that differentiates it is the steam tip just yields better and tighter foam so I might investigate if I can add that tip to my M58. The wood handles are very very nice. I prefer the lever steam vs the knob style so some pluses and minus but both are fantastic machines I give the Letit the edge though for the wood hardware, the adjustable water tank and the milk quality is better in my opinion.
