The keyboard is the main input peripheral used by all computers. The keyboard allows for user input and interaction with the computer. Much like many typewriters the keyboard has all the letters of the alphabet, numbers 0 – 9 and additional special operational keys, e.g. for adjusting the volume or going to your inbox directly. There are three different connection types: – USB is the most modern. You can recognize it by the rectangular connector. – PS/2 connectors are round. This type of connection is fairly commonly used by PC’s. – Bluetooth is another modern (wireless) connection method.

Use them at work. Definitely durable and good quality. Buttons are flat and easy to type in. Not very noisy. And quick to respond. I would personally choose different type of keyboard for daily usage but this one its okay as well

(Rewarded Review) good basic keyboard and mouse

Great value for the money! The keys are responsive and not too loud. If the key press could be a bit softer (read: less effort) it would be better, but can't complain for this price. Similarly the mouse is, well, a two button mouse with a scroll wheel - basic as can be but it does the job. The scroll wheel sound is a bit loud, but quite bearable.

I love the fact that the keys are set in a shallow position with very little open space around the keys. Less likely for debris to fall between the keys. And not needing to type with a lot of pressure on the keys. The fingers simply glide so easily across the keys making for a more accurate key stroke when typing, and least likely typing errors. Love it!

Upon removing from the cardboard box, the outer plastic top and bottom shell of the keyboard were separated. I just pressed and they snapped back together. I thought oh boy, is this so cheap, it's going to just fall apart? Nope. So far so good. Actually feels solid and Iove the feeling while depressing the keys. Not mushy like my laptops. The mouse works just fine. once I adjusted it to meet my preferences in SW, I'd not felt any noticeable difference from my others. Great price, good tactile feel. I madeva good choice

Piece of junk

Piece of junk - I guess I got what I paid for. I wanted a wired keyboard and mouse because bluetooth keeps cutting out for microseconds, causing me to have a lot of misspellings. But this will just lock up and there's nothing I can do but restart. I'm on a Lenovo laptop also, so maybe it's the computer.

Good Points: Bought this for my wife to plug in to her work Lenovo laptop, (While working from home over the Covid-19 lock-down) she loves the softer feel keyboard. Less problems with impact on fingers and repetitive strain. The symbols on the function keys also do what they should, all in all a nice full sized keyboard for plugging in to your laptop.Improvement Points: Mouse not brilliant, we are using a Logitech which is much smother. But can't find anything wrong with the keyboard.

[Rewarded Review] Does the Essential job beautifully!!
7 December 2023

As the product name suggests, the mouse and the keyboard does the essential job and does it beautifully. The only bothersome issue the audio control which requires the simultaneous use of two keys (Fn and audio control button); perhaps there is way to fix that too.

[Rewarded Review] Pretty good! Better than Logitech and Microsoft!

Rating 4 stars only cause I wish I still had my older wired keyboard & mouse combo (circa ~ 2012/2013).This one I received apparently has indicator lights for Caps Lock & Number Lock that don't light up (the buttons function fine, but no indicator light lights up when you press the buttons, but it does affect usage), and the mouse scroll wheel has on one occasion (within the first few weeks of use) gotten stuck when trying to left-click AND scroll down.I can't seem to replicate the issue and guessing it was a bit of a one-off scenario where I just happened to click and apply the right amount of pressure that caused the wheel to get slightly pinched and prevented the wheel from moving. It is definitely preferred over all the odd brands and Logitech + Microsoft ... MoreRating 4 stars only cause I wish I still had my older wired keyboard & mouse combo (circa ~ 2012/2013).This one I received apparently has indicator lights for Caps Lock & Number Lock that don't light up (the buttons function fine, but no indicator light lights up when you press the buttons, but it does affect usage), and the mouse scroll wheel has on one occasion (within the first few weeks of use) gotten stuck when trying to left-click AND scroll down.I can't seem to replicate the issue and guessing it was a bit of a one-off scenario where I just happened to click and apply the right amount of pressure that caused the wheel to get slightly pinched and prevented the wheel from moving. It is definitely preferred over all the odd brands and Logitech + Microsoft keyboard + mouse combos I've used personally for work purposes. Can't speak to how a gamer would like it but I am definitely a huge fan of the feel of the low profile keys, and the mouse + keyboard is of course very responsive, as you would expect with a wired combo.Still happy and satisfied with my purchase!

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th gen and I LOVE its keyboard. They keys are easy to press but have a very nice tactile feel. There is no friction between the sides of the keys and the frame of the keyboard. Also this laptop's keyboard is SILENT. It is amazing. Because I love this laptop's keyboard so much, I wanted to have an identical keyboard for my desktop computer. I decided to pick up one of these Lenovo keyboards, hoping it would provide such an identical experience. From what I can tell the key spacing and key design on this keyboard is identical to that of my laptop's keys. It is also just as silent as my laptop. However, I feel as though my fingers have to do more work to press the keys on this keyboard. It's not enough to cause my hands to fatigue, but it is enough that switching between my laptop and desktop keyboard does not feel seamless. The keys on this keyboard rub against the frame of the keyboard a bit. On the Lenovo X1 Carbon keyboard I can see 0.5 to 1 mm of space between the edges of the keys and the frame of the keyboard, but on this wired keyboard I can feel and hear keys rubbing against the frame of the keyboard.Overall the keyboard has a great quality for the price. I'm just a tad disappointed that the keys are more difficult to press than my laptop's keys are.Pros:Key design reduces typing errorsQuietest wired keyboard I have ever usedAffordableKeys have an excellent tactile feelCons:Keys rub against keyboard frame (or key cutouts, not sure exactly what to call this)Not an identical feel to laptop keyboards that look the same

This keyboard mouse combo is very simplistic, but easy to use. I love that it’s a quick plug-in play via a USB. I also like that the keyboard is not very noisy because I’m very fast typer.
