I've been looking for a reasonably priced tablet for the last 9 months. Purchased the Amazon Fire Tablet, took it back as the Fire Tablet 11 was announced. Saw the specs, and didn't think it was worth 250. This unit went on sale for similar price open box as Amazon Fire 11 Tablet. However, I tried a few games that run great on my Samsung S20 Ultra phone on this device, and it was twice as slow. My phone is over 3 years old, so I'm not thrilled about the GPU performance. Last issue, memory, while 8 gigs is nice, if you try to be a power user with this device, you will run into performance hiccups. Did the dual screen with multiple apps open from Google, Youtube, Hulu, and Outlook.

Well let me start off by saying I don't think Samsung makes bad products. I have always bought Android and for the absolute most part it has always been a high end Samsung tablet. I just gave away my Samsung S7 tablet to my sister and law and I believe it was one of the best moves yet. The S7 did have some features that I absolutely hated and to be honest it wasn't a very "Fluid" tablet. I held off buying a case for this in case I hated it but at the end of day one, I picked up a soft-gel case and am happy with it.Highly recommended for those who want a large screen tablet for basic tasks and gaming - I feel like this tablet can handle anything else I'll throw at it, it has not slowed down, skipped, crashed, or frozen all day.The pen is nice too, it came with it - I won't have much use for it, but if you are into that, it's there. :)Oh and it has a fingerprint reader and can do face-scan to unlock. The Multicore score was over 2000 (p12).The keyboard is slightly larger to match the larger display and this is good, making it even easier to type.Being a little larger does mean less room on your lap to use it.Compared to a laptop, that can support the weight of it's display with it's hinges, requiring less lap room.Also compared to the p11 plus, which was small enough to fit easily on any lap.I am a smaller person and I still can fit it on my lap, but devices that cannot hold up their own display, will always be best suited to a hard surface anyway.It's the trade-off, but given all the benefits of it, I'd say it's worth it.

I never used the pen, so I can't comment on that, but Lenovo overall is glitchy and this tablet is no exception. Samsung isn't perfect, but it's a lot more reliable and their tweaks to Android make a lot more sense and are far more useful. Only consider this tablet over others if you get it on significant discount, or can live with glitchy, half baked Android tweaks.

I could easily connect an external battery to extend the life.The screen is shiny, but I have not had trouble reading it.The CPU performance is great for how I use it. It loads a setlist in a blink and boots quickly.The fingerprint sensor is on the power button and I've had mixed success using it.I also tried face unlock with mixed success. I think its because I use the table in portrait orientation and the camera is more in the landscape orientation.Overall, I like the tablet and it works for what I needed. I'm pleased it has not frozen or crashed in weeks of usage.I gave it 4 of 5 stars because of the pen mounting location, somewhat disappointing battery like, and somewhat unreliable biometric/face unlock.
I chose this Lenovo tablet to replace a Samsung S7FE tablet and it has not disappointed. the ThinkPad inspired keyboard was a worthwhile edition. it instantly converts a usable tablet to an even more usable laptop- style solution. The keys and touchpad seen responsive. I was unsure about the kickstand (all my previous tablets have had cases that convert into stands, it seems s table enough and clicks back in place easily when not needed. It has got a more 'productive professional or creative feel to it. The picture quality and sound are good. There were several different bundles available when I ordered. Have a good broouse before you buy. If I needed another device, I'd definitely have a look what Lenovo had to offer.

Occasionally it needs to be rebooted because the more high resource apps bog it down, but this is common even on phones. There's nothing in the way of bloatware on here, it's a clean android install with the pen firmware integrated into the machine. It has an app but I secretly disabled it to see what happens and the pen was still able to connect so I'm pretty sure they got it tied together well. Only complaint is the pen needs to be resynced sometimes if it's set down and put to sleep. About 1/6 it will disconnect and have to be reconnected. A top is to just focus on not putting too much angle on the pen tip, you don't have to keep it vertical (this is how I was using it and it became a chore) but the sensor is connected to the whole pen tip and that's bigger than a pen/pencil tip would be.Product is obviously well designed. Lenovo has always had a cleanness to their form factor and this is no different. It's smooth, it has magnetics to keep the pen in place, it's very easy to hold, and the display takes up everything but a pittance of bevel, so you're getting the WHOLE screen. We have a galaxy tab and it has about an inch border so the thing feels tiny. This..does not. You feel like you're holding an entire screen from a laptop, and it just feels nicely made.Graphics are on point, like I said my wife uses this for a lot of drawing and 3d manipulation, and she also uses it as a lightbox to trace stencil so we had to get a fairly large screen with a bright display. BAM this thing exceeded my expectations significantly.Battery life for how we use it is top notch too. Can get a full day easily of heavy 3D work, full brightness, and multiple apps open and being used. Thing just keeps going. I haven't pedantically measured it's uptime but without serious use (so just browsing for pictures on chrome, or maybe light drawing in a small app) it lasted 3-4 days. GREAT. But who isn't going to just charge the sucker at night, you got a charging cable o.~If you got this far thanks for reading. It's a great little device, I like it a lot, my wife likes it a lot, and it seems to fit what we needed without it being stinky apple or slow insecure windows.

A decent case that redirects audio forward would be great to pair this with.ATTACHMENTS: This tablet came with a pen. It attaches to the back of the tablet magnetically. Although to is magnetic, it does not charge that way, you would have to charge it separately with USB-C. The pen does feel nice and works well with the device when using on Notepad, OneNote, or using it as a stylus. I also bought a smart connector keyboard/case that transforms the device into laptop. Since this tablet has PC mode, it feels just like a laptop.
