After our incoming mail was drenched repeatedly by long and heavy rains we decided is was time to upgrade our box on a pole.We reviewed many mailboxes we settled on this great combination of ash grey and wooden decor which matches nicely our front garden. We value the security we have now, especially for smaller parcels which used to be left by the door.Installation was easy. You'll need about three bags of concrete if you need to create the slab. Hi, We were looking for a product which would satisfy our needs both in security wise as well as for easy access. After a long search we found this product online and this 100% fulfills our requirements. This is an innovative product I would say, because the producers might have gotten feedbacks from customers in order to build a flexible and at the same time more secured post box like this. We are able to receive letters with ease, parcels have high security and we can even drop keys and other stuffs for colleagues when the main person is not in the premises. The delivery was excellent. Came in double boxed protection. Installation was super easy, just one bolt to a concrete slab we purchased locally. The design adds some flair to the home exterior. Even my neighbours are noticing it and asking where we purchased it. Also, my customised address sticker stands out so clearly. We love it!

Not only does this product look fantastic, functionally it is really fit for purpose. We couldn't have purchased a better mail box for the mail we generally receive. Parcels and packages are safely stowed away out of the weather and our magazines remain flat. The mailman doesn't need to think - out of his bag into our box in a flash.
Highly recommend this mail box. Looks great. Easy to use. Great customer service! Fast delivery. I know our deliveries are safe. Our postman has stopped both my husband and I and said… he loves this box! He delivers to over 1500 letter boxes a day and it’s the best on on his route. He is actually going to tell Australia Post about it.
Love this Parcel Pal 2, just what we needed, fantastic quality of construction and near perfect function and Form.I only wish and suggestions, is that the lettering for letters and parcels on the front of the unit was white, as the black lettering is almost impossible to read. Otherwise I would have provided 5 star rating for a near perfect design.
Stopped in and picked up a Milkcan letterbox Parcel Pal 2 in full charcoal from the friendly staff at Milkcan HQ in Thomastown. I discovered their products from a Melbourne based fencer on TikTok. Installation was a breeze and it’s been pretty popular with my neighbours all stopping to have a good look as they walk by. It’s a clean sleek modern look with good quality paint and hinges and really is a feature piece complimenting my new front fence and driveway.
Firstly the mailbox was well packed with plenty of protective cardboard for interstate delivery. Installation was easy ( carpenter by trade ) but any home handy man with basic tools could instal these onto a level slab. Partner and I are both self employed and get parcel delivery regularly so this is ideal.We occasionally get heavy rain and even snow where we live so we now know our parcels will stay dry this coming winter.Talked to our Postie and he loves it as he doesn't need to get of his trike to take parcels up to the door. Said he wished there was more of them!!
The product we bought was just the perfect balance of size and proportions of the its various compartments. The variety of colours and styles made it easy to find what suits our house facade very well. The communication was great. The delivery was quite quick. We also ordered some sticky numbers with this product, and I would have liked to have the option for the Milkcan team applying the numbers to the mailbox prior to sending it to here. Something for the future may be, but we're absolutely happy with product.
Really love our letterbox! The posties have been using it to deliver parcels which is a relief as we weren’t sure they would. It looks so lovely and has made the front garden look so much better.My only complaint would be that expecting people to be able to lay a concrete slab and then have the ability to drill into it is a bit too much. I would say it would probably be better if the bottom of the letterbox was just made to be heavier so that it isn’t in danger of tipping over if not secured with the bolt
