Another great Leupold product

I purchased the 12 x 52 mm model for long distance viewing. Optics are sharp from center to periphery of field. No chromatic aberration apparent and colors are true. Good definition and brightness of objects in heavily shadowed areas. Very comfortable to hold and view objects for prolonged periods of time. Adjustable eye cups. Well made and the harness is a great accessory to have. Very pleased with purchase. Definitely worth the money for quality of optics.

Very happy with these binoculars and what I expect from Leupold. I don't use the chest rig setup, but the straps can be removed and the case goes into my lumbar pack for hunting. FYI to deer hunters - the case is CRINKLY and loud. I can get the binoculars out of the case while inside my lumbar pack. Once in use I use a neckstrap. They come with individual covers for the objective lenses and they are attached to each tube. Wasn't sure how i'd like that at first but no issues at all. easy off, easy on, and quiet. Eyepiece cover stays in case. Great glass.

These binoculars have exceptional clarity, and really allows for fine tuning - I would say the best I have ever purchased. The case is solid, however there are bizarrely complicated cheap straps, and loose hanging adjustment straps. I simply do not understand why this high end binocular would even consider including this - it cheapens the entire package. I have a multitude of Leupold products, all are excellent. I just do not understand the thought process of selling a high end binocular with the cheapest straps you could possibly find - just leave them out Leupold - your product managers needs some leadership.

Great 1st binoculars
8 December 2022

These binoculars look better in real life. They are sturdy and well built. The 8x works well for me, giving me a good field of view and lessening the vibration sickness that stronger binoculars were giving me. This is my first set. I used them in the coulees, draws, and hillsides of Eastern Montana during hunting season.

Great all around for the Price.
4 January 2023

Great binoculars all around for the price point. Compared to other bino's in this magnification and price point they look and feel the best to me. Also has great eye relief, I am able to keep my glasses on and see out of them no problem. Glass is just as clear as other brands I have tried if not a bit clearer, and also works well in low light. I also comes with a lot better chest harness than the ones that come with the vortex. Over all very happy with them

Great hunting & birding binoculars
8 November 2022

Binos come with a very nice chest case, in desert brown. The case has a detachable Bino loops so that you can fully detach the binos from the case. Otherwise, the bino's have their own strap that holds them around your neck and attach to the chest case straps.Visibility is great, though be aware that at a fixed 12x magnification power, this provides a very narrow field of view. As a result, low light performance will suffer compared to an 8x or 10x binocular.

Huge Upgrade
1 December 2022

These binoculars are fantastic. I replaced a set of Bushnell full sized ones I’ve had for 10-15 years. I am a product research-ahaulic. And they are everything the many reviews said they would be. Super impressed. They cost a little more than I intended to spend. But after a deer hunting season of use, it was worth it. So crisp, with a full view. I was blown away by the performance compared to what I was used to.

Had the opportunity to use these in the field. I am not a expert so this will be simple. Binos are nice and clear, they pick up lots of light, especially in the early morning/evening which is one of the main reasons for buying them. Easy to hold and adjust. Mine do have a tripod connection, just have to unscrew the leupold logo in the front- For those that this is important too.Personal opinion: I would like the eye cups to be stiffer to adjust, but that's a minor complaint. The carry case is garbage so expect to buy a new strap/case.As far as binos go. I Love them, I will have them for a long time. And Matt at RCT was great to deal with and made the purchase easy fast and better priced than anywhere else. Thanks Matt.

Never ever ever fog, ever . Amazing clarity.
27 November 2022

Best binos, compared the bx2 & bx4, could not tell the difference in the glass and zoom clarity. The bx2 just had a different outer design. I've used the 5x in the field in 10 degree weather and never fogged or froze. Even breathing on the glass directly, never fogged. By far the best I've ever had. Leupold is the real deal. Made in USA. Lifetime Product.

Very good value.
7 December 2022

I am very pleased with my purchase. Very good value and as always a quality product from Leupold. Was concerned at first that the tubes would not close far enough to get a clear sight picture. After sliding the lens covers completely off, it allowed the tubes to come together close enough to fix this problem. Wanted the larger objective lenses for light gathering ability and these did not disappoint.
