My grandson was very impatient while his dad was putting it together, but it's a good quality product, and exactly what was expected. Thank you.

Easy to set up, you may need a hand though to set up the sides and the top. The quality looks good too. I would definitely recommend

Ive had this toy box for a year now and I love it! Its still going strong and it was also very easy to build. Im not usually a builder of things lol but this is amazing and stylish nonetheless! :)

There is paint missing from the top of the lid and one of the parts broke when putting it together so quality isn't great. I tried to follow the instructions for a warranty claim however it send you around in circles and doesn't give an email to send the photos. Pretty annoying.

Great little toy box - fits most of my kids' toys in there and looks really nice in our house. The soft close lid is an excellent feature. My 1yr old can open and close the lid to get himself toys without hurting himself.

Poor quality and misaligned predrilled holes. Soft close hinges are fairly useless, I bought two of these and one kind of works but the other is completely rubbish. The packaging was terrible and the screws were missing from one box. I would not recommend

Received few days ago and aseembled yesterday only to see it’s just “Okay” and quite a few cracks and chirps came out. poor finishing. Attached couple of photos for reference.

Be careful what you order

The website had insufficient details, the product I looked at was white, the product ordered was Grey, the item should have one page with a choice of colour. the charge to replace was nearly the same as the purchase price

Not overly impressed

Aesthetically beautiful and sturdy. The box was easy to put together by my 18yo son. But the hinges are incorrect for use. The ends of both hinges are at a 90° angle to the lid, so we're unable to mount them at all. The ends don't twist or manipulate to where they should be facing as they're pop riveted. The drill holes for the centre hinge are completely out of line also. So we're unable to put the lid on the box at all. Hubby will have to drill new holes to accommodate the poor manufacturing. The instructions are limited and do not show how to install the hinges. There also isn't any online tutorials to watch on this either. 3 stars because it's beautiful and fits all of our daughter's toys in it. -2 stars for poor manufacturing and hinges.

Terrible. Regret this purchase.

Really disappointed with this item. The quality is very poor and it is falling apart. Poor paint job so patchy. Definitely wouldn't buy again.
